TIRE HAVING A CONDUCTIVITY PATH
A tire includes a pair of beads and a crown region including a circumferential tread disposed radially above a circumferential belt. The tire further includes a pair sidewalls extending from the pair of beads to the crown region. A body ply wraps around the pair of beads and terminates in a pair of turn up ends in the crown region, below the middle 30% of the circumferential belt. A conductive substance is disposed along a strip of the body ply.
TIRE HAVING A CONDUCTIVITY PATH
A tire includes a body ply sheet having a rubber core defined by a top surface having a length and a width, a bottom surface having substantially the same length and width, and side surfaces having a common height. The rubber core is further defined by a top rubber layer and a bottom rubber layer. The body ply sheet includes reinforcement cords disposed between the top rubber layer and the bottom rubber layer. The reinforcement cords are spaced 0.1-4.0 mm apart from each other and span the width of the body ply sheet. Bleeder cords are disposed on the body ply sheet and spaced 8-12 cm apart from each other. Conductive cords are also disposed on the body ply and spaced 20-80 cm apart from each other.
Rolling Assembly
Rolling assembly comprising tire P, rim J, adapter connecting a bead and the rim. The adapter has axially outer (9) and inner (10) ends mounted on rim seat (7) having respective outer (16) and inner (20) reinforcers. Body (11) connects the outer (9) and inner (10) ends forming a single piece, an adapter seat (18) receives a bead and is situated at end (9), an adapter bearing face (21) in a plane perpendicular to the rotation axis, and situated on the axially inner face of outer end (9). Reinforcer (20) of end (9) is axially outside bearing face (21). The body comprises, opposite adapter seat (14), annular seat reinforcer (19) and the adapter comprises conductive strip (22) positioned over all or part of the circumferential perimeter of said adapter and along a complete path extending from adapter seat (14) to rim flange (8).
TIRE
A pneumatic tire includes: a pair of bead portions; at least one carcass layer extending between the pair of bead portions; a belt layer disposed on an outer side of the carcass layer in a tire radial direction; and a tire inner surface rubber layer constituting a tire inner surface. The tire further includes a linear conductive portion extending continuously at least from one of the bead portions to the belt layer and disposed on the tire inner surface rubber layer. The linear conductive portion is at least partially exposed to a tire inner cavity side and has a volume resistivity of less than 110{circumflex over ()}8 .Math.cm.
Pneumatic tire
[Object] To provide a pneumatic tire 2 from which static electricity is easily discharged. [Solution] The tire 2 includes penetration portions 8, an under tread 6, a belt 16, a carcass 16, and clinches 12. The carcass 16 includes a large number of cords aligned with each other, and a conductive topping rubber. The electric resistance Rc of the carcass which is represented by the following mathematical formula is less than 1.010.sup.8.
Rc=/g/(23.14r)L10
In the mathematical formula, is the volume resistivity (.Math.cm) of the topping rubber of the carcass, g is the minimum thickness (mm) of the topping rubber, r is the distance (m) from the axis of the tire to an outer end, in the radial direction, of the clinch, and L is the length (m) of the carcass from an end of the reinforcing layer to the outer end, in the radial direction, of the clinch.
Tire
A rubber chafer is disposed on an outer side in the tire width direction of a bead filler. A tire comprises a conductive member. The inner end in the tire radial direction of the conductive member is located at a tire radial position of an outer end in the tire radial direction of the rubber chafer or in a tire radial region inner in the tire radial direction than the outer end in the tire radial direction of the rubber chafer. The conductive member extends from the inner end in the tire radial direction thereof outwardly in the tire radial direction to at least a position of any of the reinforcement layers which is conductive among the one or more reinforcement layers.
