FRONT SUSPENSION ASSEMBLY FOR A VEHICLE
A front suspension assembly for a vehicle having a connector adapted for connection to a front ground engaging member of the vehicle, a lower swing arm adapted for pivotal connection to a frame of the vehicle about a lower swing axis and being pivotally connected to the connector, an upper swing arm adapted for pivotal connection to the frame about an upper swing axis and being pivotally connected to the connector, the upper swing arm being above the lower swing arm, and a shock absorber assembly having a first end adapted for pivotal connection to the frame above the upper swing axis and a second end pivotally connected to the upper swing arm. The connector is pivotable relative to the lower and upper swing arms about a steering axis. A vehicle having the front suspension assembly is also disclosed.
Electric Truck
An electric truck includes drive units being provided to each of driving wheels on left and right sides of the electric truck, each of the drive units transmitting a driving force of a motor to each of the driving wheels, a body frame casing including a pair of mounting frame bodies extending in a vehicle width direction of the electric truck and being arranged apart in a vehicle front-rear direction and a pair of cross members connecting the pair of mounting frame bodies, and body-connecting parts connecting each of a vehicle front side and a vehicle rear side of each of the drive units arranged in a frame of the body frame casing to each of the mounting frame bodies. The pair of drive units are arranged so as to be adjacent to each other in the vehicle width direction inside the frame of the body frame casing.
Drive Device for Electric Truck
A drive device for an electric truck provided with double-tires, the drive device including drive units provided to each of the double-tires on left and right sides of the electric truck, each of the drive units including a drive unit housing integrally accommodating a motor that generates drive power, a reducer that reduces a rotation speed of the motor, and a final gear that is connected to the reducer and transfers the drive power of the motor to a drive shaft of the double-tire. The drive device further including suspension parts one integrally integrated with above the final gear in the drive unit housing of each of the drive units and steering gear parts one integrally integrated with above each of the suspension parts and being configured to be steerable the double-tire.
Self-propelled tandem axle trailer
A trailer for towing by a power vehicle is provided and generally includes a frame and a tandem wheel assembly. The frame forms an undercarriage chassis which the tandem wheel assembly is positioned there under. The undercarriage chassis includes a steerable rear wheel assembly, a steerable front wheel assembly, and an extension assembly moving the front wheel assembly between trailing position and a self-propelled position where the rear wheel assembly and the front wheel assembly are positioned to equally support the undercarriage chassis.
MOTOR VEHICLE WITH A SUSPENSION USING A ROBERTS FOUR-BAR LINKAGE
The saddle-riding motor vehicle (1; 107; 207) comprises a rear driving wheel (5; 105; 205) and a front steered wheel (7; 107; 207). The front steered wheel (7; 107; 207X, 207Y) is connected to a rotatable arm (9; 109; 209X, 209Y) provided with a rotary motion about a steering axis (A-A). A wheel support (37; 137) is connected to the rotatable arm (9; 109; 209) with the interposition of a suspension (17; 117; 217X, 217Y) comprising a shock absorber (22; 122). The suspension (17; 117) comprises a Roberts four-bar linkage.
Crane with wheels having variable camber angle
A crane for lifting and transporting loads includes a base frame for transferring the loads of the crane onto a support surface by a plurality of wheels. The wheels are capable of rotating relative to the base frame so as to change the camber angle of the wheels.
Work vehicle
A work vehicle includes a plurality of traveling devices for driving traveling, a plurality of articulated link mechanisms having at least two or more joints and supporting the plurality of traveling devices to a vehicle body, with allowing the plurality of traveling devices to be elevated/lowered independently of each other, a driving mechanism capable of changing respective postures of the plurality of articulated link mechanisms independently of each other, and a plurality of turning mechanisms configured to support the respective plurality of the articulated link mechanisms, with allowing the link mechanisms to be orientation-changeable about a vertical axis.
System and method for determining axle load
Methods and systems for estimating an axle load of a vehicle are described. In one example, a method is disclosed wherein axle load is estimated in response to an angle between two components of an axle. The angle may change as weight is added to or removed from the axle such that axle load may be determined as a function of the angle.
Wheel steering device
A wheel steering device for a vehicle, including: a steering knuckle that constitutes a part of a suspension device and that is capable of moving relative to a body of the vehicle in an up-down direction, the steering knuckle holding a wheel such that the wheel is rotatable; and a steering actuator configured to cause the steering knuckle to be pivoted about a kingpin axis so steer the wheel, wherein a caster angle and a caster offset are both 0.
SUSPENSION DEVICE FOR IN-WHEEL MOTOR
A suspension device for an in-wheel motor may include: a buffer part coupled to a vehicle body, and configured to absorb shock; an arm part coupled to the vehicle body, disposed at each of a top and bottom of the vehicle body, and coupled to the buffer part; a support part coupled to the arm part, and configured to be movable upward and downward; one or more connection parts rotatably mounted on the support part, provided as a pair of connection parts, and configured to serve as a steering axis; and a fixing part mounted on the connection part, rotated in connection with the connection part, and coupled to an in-wheel motor.
