Integrated display and ventilation assembly
An integrated display and ventilation assembly includes a display screen and a first air register. The first air register is displaceable between a first stowed position concealed behind the display screen and a first deployed position projecting from behind the display screen. A related method of ventilating a passenger compartment of a motor vehicle is also disclosed.
DAMPER DIAL FOR VEHICLE AIR VENT
The present disclosure relates to a damper dial for a vehicle air vent and prevents a manipulation force from increasing even when a dial fixture in which a dial body is rotatably installed is deformed by an impact generated while a vehicle is being operated such that the inner wall surfaces of the dial fixture are displaced toward the dial body. The damper dial includes: a dial body (100) in which a hinge hole (120) is formed to penetrate a center portion of the dial body and a dial (110) is formed on a front surface portion of the dial body; a first dial bush (200) in which a hinge protrusion (210) protrudes from one side surface of the first dial bush so as to penetrate through and be inserted into the hinge hole (120) formed in the dial body (100) and a support pin (211) extends from a distal end portion of the hinge protrusion (210); a second dial bush (300) in which an insertion groove (320) is inwardly formed on one surface of the second dial bush so that the support pin (211) of the first dial bush (200) is inserted into the insertion groove (320) and an annular groove (310) is formed outside the insertion groove (320); an O-ring (400) installed so that an outer surface of the O-ring makes contact with one side surface of the dial body (100) in a state where the O-ring (400) is seated on the second dial bush (300); and a dial fixture (500) in which an assembling hole (510) is perforated and formed such that the first dial bush (200) and the second dial bush (300) fixed to each of both left and right sides of the dial body (100) are assembled to the dial fixture while making contact with inner wall surfaces of the dial fixture.
Vehicle vent assembly
A vehicle vent assembly includes a first flow channel selectively operating a primary airflow. A second flow channel selectively operates a first secondary airflow that exerts a first pressure on the primary airflow. A third flow channel selectively operates a second secondary airflow that exerts a second pressure on the primary airflow. The first and second secondary airflows control a direction of the primary airflow. The first pressure includes a positive or negative pressure, and the second pressure includes a respective negative or positive pressure.
AUTOMOBILE AIR CONDITIONER BLOWING ADJUSTING SHIFTING PIECE BUCKLE STRUCTURE
An automobile air conditioner blowing adjusting shifting piece buckle structure comprises a shifting piece body, the shifting piece body comprises an upper shell and a lower shell, and the upper shell and the lower shell are of an integrally-formed structure; the upper shell extends downwards to form a connecting piece; the connecting piece is provided with convex lugs, and shaft holes are formed in the convex lugs; the shaft holes are connected with a shaft pin of a shifting fork; positioning grooves are formed in the peripheries of the shaft holes, and the shaft pin is provided with positioning pieces; the positioning pieces are arranged in the positioning grooves; and the upper shell and the lower shell are of the integrally-formed structure. The upper shell and the lower shell are of the integrally-formed structure, the clamping parts are designed to be connected with the automobile air conditioner blades.
AIR VENT ASSEMBLY
An air vent assembly, in particular for a motor vehicle, with an air vent, which has a housing having an air duct and at least one air deflector blade assigned to the air duct with a trailing edge and a leading edge. Leading edge of the air deflector blade is mounted to be pivotable about an axis of rotation assigned to the trailing edge, and has a decorative device which has at least one fixed decorative blade with a visible edge extending in extension of the trailing edge of the air deflector blade. The air deflector blade is mounted to be pivotable about the axis of rotation by means of a pivot pin on the decorative blade. The decorative blade has a radially open bearing receptacle for the pivot pin, and the housing has a bearing projection.
Fork for an operating element in an air outlet, operating element for an air outlet, and method for fastening an operating element
A fork (10) for an operating element in an air outlet has a first bearing journal (14) at a first end (12) and a second bearing journal (18) at a second end (16). At least one spring arm (22, 24) is provided between the first bearing journal (14) and the second bearing journal (18), it being possible for the spacing of the outer ends (12, 16) of the bearing journals (14, 18) to be reduced by way of said at least one spring arm (22, 24). Furthermore, an operating element and a method for fastening an operating element are provided.
MODULAR SYSTEM FOR AN AIR OUTLET ASSEMBLY
Disclosed is a modular system for an air outlet assembly, having at least one first module and a second module, wherein the modules function for air guiding, air deflection, air flow control, air supply and/or discharge, air treatment and/or for presentation. The modules have respective first securing elements which permit a securing of the at least two modules, wherein the at least two modules can be connected to one another via the first securing elements in any order and number. In this way, air outlets can be adapted to different requirements without respective separate air outlets having to be designed and produced.
