Air-conditioning register
An air-conditioning register includes a retainer, a downstream fin, a knob, an upstream fin, and a fork. The downstream fin is swingably supported by the retainer with a downstream fin pivot. The knob is slidably attached to the downstream fin. The upstream fin has a transmission shaft. The fork is pivotally supported by the knob and includes two fork pivots. The knob includes two pivot receiving portions each having a pivot receiving hole. Each fork pivot is inserted into the pivot receiving hole of the corresponding one of the pivot receiving portions. An overlapping portion is provided at least at part of a location at which the fork and each pivot receiving portion contact each other. Slits are provided at two locations between the two fork pivots of the fork. A region between each slit and the nearest fork pivot constitutes an elastic support portion.
Replacement vent clip for use with vehicle vent louvers
A replacement vent clip for attachment to a louver of an air vent assembly when the air vent assembly is installed in a motor vehicle includes two posts extending rearward from a lower wall of the vent clip and a lower and upper wall spaced apart from one another to create an open back end spanning an entire width of the vent clip. The open back end includes a channel sized smaller in height than a height of an opposing horizontal louver of an air vent assembly and includes a lip arranged to move to a second greater height when engaging the horizontal louver. The two longitudinally extending, spaced apart posts align the vent clip with a vertical post of an air vent assembly. Once the louver is contained within the vent clip, the channel moves back to its original height and captures the louver within the clip.
Air vent for a vehicle HVAC system
An air vent for a vehicle HVAC system includes a duct, a forward fin connected to an air outlet at a first end portion of the duct, and plurality of rear fins connected to an air inlet at a second end portion of the duct. The forward fin rotatable about a transverse direction of the duct is configured to adjust the direction of airflow in a vertical direction of the duct. The plurality of rear fins rotatable about the vertical direction is configured to adjust the direction of airflow in a longitudinal direction of the duct. A shut-off valve is rotatably connected to a central portion of the duct and positioned between the forward fin and the plurality of rear fins. The shut-off valve is directly connected to the forward fin and configured to rotate about the transverse direction via movement of the forward fin in the longitudinal direction.
AIR VENT INCLUDING MESH PANEL WITH IMPROVED DIRECTIVITY
Air vent including mesh panel with improved directivity. In general, the disclosed subject matter relates to an air vent which comprises a mesh panel with vent holes to cover an outlet of the air vent, wherein the air vent provides for improved directionality of the outlet air through the mesh panel. The improvement in directivity is provided by that the air flowing towards the mesh panel is directed to flow substantially perpendicular to the mesh panel in at least some direction modes of the air redirecting element.
Air flow direction regulation device
An air flow direction regulation device includes a plurality of fins turnably supported; an approximately cylindrical housing arranging an operation portion or a gear mechanism for allowing a direction of each of the fins to be regulated; and a case disposing the housing internally. The fin is turnably supported as support points by an outer pivot portion on a housing inner circumferential side and an inner pivot portion on a housing center axis line side, and includes a gear portion provided near the inner pivot portion. The gear mechanism includes a gear integrally rotating with the operation portion through a shaft to engage the gear portion of each fin. The housing includes a flexible shaft support member provided on a housing center axis line, and forming a connection portion fitting into the inner pivot portion of each fin, and a through hole inserting the shaft to pass through.
FIN FOR REGISTER
Provided is a fin for register that can firmly fix a mounting member to a fin body. A horizontal fin includes a plate-shaped fin body and a mounting member mounted to a downstream side edge part of the fin body. The mounting member has a curved shape to cover the downstream side edge part of the fin body. The downstream side edge part includes a first recessed part at a tip part on a front side in a longitudinal direction. The first recessed part is formed by recessing the tip part of the downstream side edge part. The downstream side edge part and the mounting member are fixed to each other by an adhesive filled in the first recessed part.
Air blower device
An air blower device includes: a blow-out portion A having an outlet A opening in a meter peripheral region to blow out air from an air sending device to the vehicle rear side through an inner side of a steering wheel provided between the meter panel and the driver's seat in a vehicle front-rear direction, wherein the meter peripheral region includes: a portion, which is other than a meter in a meter panel provided on a vehicle front side of a driver's seat in a compartment; and a meter hood provided to spread in a vehicle width direction above the meter panel and protruding to a vehicle rear side farther than the meter panel; and a blowing direction regulation device provided to the blow-out portion A, having an air guiding surface A along which air blown out from the outlet A flows, and regulating a blowing direction of air blown out from the outlet A by changing an angle of the air guiding surface A.
Light emitting device for air vent of automobile
The present invention comprises: an LED; a light guide; a diffusion plate; and an air vent housing, wherein at least one shielding protrusion having a receiving portion is formed to protrude from the rear of the air vent housing having the irradiation hole formed therethrough into which the diffusion plate is inserted to be fixed, wherein a bent extension portion is formed to extend from one side of the light guide such that a locking protrusion inserted into the receiving portion formed in the shielding protrusion protrudes from the front thereof and an inflow portion, through which the light generated from the LED is introduced, protrudes from the rear thereof.
AIR VENT UNIT SERVING AS CONTAINER HOLDER
An air vent unit includes a vent portion communicating with an outlet of an air conditioning device; and a container holding portion communicating with the vent portion to hold a container. In a vent-portion attachment state wherein the vent portion is attached to an outlet by facing the vent portion toward an interior side, the container holding portion is stored inside the outlet. In a container-holding-portion attachment state wherein the air vent unit is removed from the outlet from the vent-portion attachment state and the vent portion is attached by facing toward the outlet, the container holding portion projects toward the interior side, and at that time, the container holding portion is held not to be pushed toward an inside of the outlet.
Air vent
An air vent includes a housing, first and second air ducts, a first vane, and a set of vanes. The air ducts convey respective volumetric flows of air through the housing so that each volumetric flow exits the respective air duct in a different intersecting direction so that the flows of air collide after exiting the air ducts. A vane located along one of the air ducts is moveable to vertically change a perceived air discharge direction. A set of vanes includes at least one vane located in each air duct and is moveable to horizontally change the perceived air discharge direction.
