A cartridge has a cylindrically-shaped housing that can be inserted into and removed from an insertion guide of a fragrance unit, and a plurality of contact conductors provided at a tip of the cylindrically-shaped housing. The plurality of contact conductors are disposed at positions of N-fold rotational symmetry with an axis in an insertion/removal direction of the cylindrically-shaped housing as a center, wherein N is an integer greater than or equal to 2. When the cylindrically-shaped housing is inserted into the insertion guide, each of a plurality of contact terminals provided on the fragrance unit contacts a contact conductor corresponding to a rotational angle about the axis in the insertion/removal direction.
