AIR TREATMENT SYSTEM FOR RECREATIONAL VEHICLES

This present invention relates to a single body air treatment system for recreational vehicles and is a combination of components working in a scheme so to provide heating, cooling, dehumidification, ventilation, air-purification, heavy-duty drying, into a single body. The system comprising of a cooling air plant having a refrigerating cycle (105,107,108,109) and air heat exchangers acting with electricity and a heating plant having an incorporated fuel/Natural-Gas burner (118,119) acting as air furnace. The system operates heating and cooling simultaneously with in the same air-flow and provides air purification through an antibacterial electrical device. The system also integrates extra pipes to produce extra hot-water in winter while the system operates in heating. The system is integrated with a dedicated resonator chamber to minimize the external noise produce by extraction blowers.

Climate control device

A climate control device includes a radiant heater for radiating heat and a porous material attached to the radiant heater. The porous material desorbs a plurality of water molecules, in response to the porous material receiving heat from the radiant heater and raising a temperature of the water molecules in the porous material to a boiling temperature threshold. The porous material adsorbs the water molecules in response to the temperature of the water molecules falling below the boiling temperature threshold.

An apparatus for heating an operator cab of a vehicle or machine comprises a cab air heating unit and a cab air duct for conducting air toward an interior region of the cab from the cab air heating unit. An external air intake for conducting external air to an inlet side of the cab air heating unit includes a condensing conduit extending through at least part of the cab air duct. In use, when the condensing conduit is subject to a flow of external air at a temperature below that of the air passing through the cab air duct, an outer surface of the condensing conduit acts as a condensing surface on which moisture in air passing through the cab air duct condenses. This removes moisture from the air before it is introduced into the cab.

An embodiment relates to a heat management device for a vehicle and a heat management method for a vehicle, which use a branch line and a flow control means to use heat generated from a battery module of a vehicle or a heat generated from an electrical component of the vehicle as a heat source for an air conditioning device installed in the vehicle. Therefore, the heat management device for a vehicle and the heat management method for a vehicle may improve heating performance and quality by selectively using waste heat from the electrical component module and the waste heat from the battery depending on the mode.

Vehicular air conditioner

A vehicular air conditioner includes an air conditioning, a heater core, a heat pump cycle unit, a temperature detector, and a controller. The heat pump cycle unit includes a first inside heat exchanger disposed downstream of the heater core in a flow direction of a conditioning air, a second inside heat exchanger disposed upstream of the heater core in the flow direction of the conditioning air, and an outside heat exchanger. The temperature detector is configured to detect a passage air temperature, the passage air temperature being a temperature of the conditioning air that has passed through the heater core. The controller is configured to selectively switch a circuit layout of the heat pump cycle unit between a cooling circuit, a heating circuit, and a dehumidifying-heating circuit based on the passage air temperature.
