A pivoting cursor for a frameless window of a vehicle door, including: a main body portion; a pivoting plate pivotally secured to the main body portion for pivotal movement about an axis; a glass clamping plate; a seal; an adjusting screw for pivoting the pivoting plate with respect to the main body portion, the adjusting screw having a first threaded portion for threadingly engaging an opening in the main body portion; and a locking nut for threadingly engaging a second threaded portion of the adjusting screw, wherein the locking nut is located on an inboard side of the pivoting cursor.

The quarter window assembly also has a panel carrying at least one window, and the panel is secured to the hard corner assembly.

Retaining element for a vehicle side window that can be raised and lowered
A retaining element for a side window of a vehicle, includes a first securing section and a first contact section connected thereto for securing to a first surface of the side window, a second securing section and a second contact section connected thereto for securing to a second surface of the side window, wherein the first and second securing sections are connected to one another opposite the contact sections via a hinge section such that the first securing section together with the first contact section and the second securing section together with the second contact section is pivotable relative to one another, whereby the retaining element is openable and closable. In the closed state, the securing sections are in surface contact with one another and, together, are suitable for securing to the vehicle and the contact sections are suitable for securing to two opposing surfaces of the side window.
WINDSHIELD QUICK ATTACH AND RELEASE SYSTEM
An attach and release system for securing a windshield to a pillar includes an extrusion that is securable to the windshield adjacent the pillar. The extrusion has a connection tab and a seal tab. A bulb seal is connected to the seal tab, and a clamp includes a pillar section securable to the pillar and a connector section securable to the connection tab. The system and method facilitate windshield installation and removal and are suited for a utility task/terrain vehicle (UTV) as part of its rollover protection structure (ROPS).

A side window assembly for a vehicle comprising a cabin, a chassis window frame rail, and a body with a door integral therewith and aligned with the chassis rail axis, comprising a window frame fitted within an opening between a front post of the door and an internal edge of the cabin independently of an internal fender panel and of a fender of the cabin, and a glazing, secured to the window frame to fill the opening.
Glass support member
A glass support member is provided for fixing a glass plate to a body flange of a vehicle. The glass support member includes a base having a first surface and a second surface that face each other, a column that protrudes from the second surface of the base in a direction away from the base, and an inclined member that is arranged at a tip of the column and extends from the tip of the column toward the second surface of the base at an inclination angle with respect to an axis of the column. The tip of the column is configured to be capable of swaying with respect to the axis of the column within a plane including the axis.
VEHICLE PILLAR STRUCTURE
A vehicle pillar structure includes a pillar upper portion that extends along a vehicle height direction on a vehicle width direction outer side and is made of a transparent resin, and a pillar lower portion that is disposed on a the vehicle height direction lower side of the pillar upper portion, is made of metal, and is joined to the pillar upper portion at a joint portion. The joint portion between the pillar upper portion and the pillar lower portion includes an outer joint portion positioned on the vehicle width direction outer side, and an inner joint portion positioned on a vehicle width direction inner side. A height of the outer joint portion and a height of the inner joint portion are different.
Blast-resistant escape window
A blast-resistant escape window for an armored combat ground vehicle has a cassette which fits within, and closes, a though-opening in a frame of a windscreen. Two releasable lever-operated locking mechanisms for releasably locking the cassette in the through-opening are mounted on the windscreen at opposite sides of the through-opening. The cassette can to be pushed out of the through-opening when the locking mechanisms have been operated to release the cassette from being locked to the windscreen, thereby providing an alternative exit for personnel in the vehicle.
