The first convex members are disposed at positions of the first side wall portion adjacent to respective ends of the first side wall portion in an X axial direction (third direction).
Vehicle body upper structure
A vehicle body upper structure includes a pair of first structures that constitute portions on both sides in a width direction of a vehicle body in an upper portion of the vehicle body; and a second structure that extends in the width direction and is joined at opposing ends to the first structures so as to define at least a part of a window opening, to which a windshield is attachable in cooperation with the first structures. The second structure includes a low-rigid portion that is joined to one of the pair of first structures in a first area of the one of the pair of first structures, and a high-rigid portion that is separated in distance in the width direction from the first area and that has higher rigidity than the low-rigid portion. The low-rigid portion being joined to one of the first structures via the damping material.
VEHICLE WINDOW COMPRISING A WINDOW HOLDER
A vehicle window including a panel having a first surface and a second surface and at least a window holder for firmly retaining the panel to a lifting system including an inner member having a bonding part to be bonded to a first surface of the panel, an outer member having a fixing part to be fixed to the lifting system and an assembling means. The bonding part of the inner member is bonded with a bonding material to the first surface and the outer member is assembled to the inner member via the assembling means to clutch the panel.
Safari glass
Top side view windows are canted between a vehicle cabin roof and sides along a length of the vehicle, truncating a corner between the roof and sides. The top side view windows may open outwardly from an interior of the cabin, and may open outwardly and upwardly similar to a safari windshield. Hinges and a latch allow movement of the top side view windows, with the latch securing the respective window in an open or closed position. The latch may include a strap with a flexible end wrapping around interior trim, optionally with a magnet at the tip to hold the flexible end in position when wrapped. The panel bracket is made of a material which is thinner than that of the material of the panel main body and includes a structure to fix the reinforcing bracket to an operating mechanism configured to support the panel and control movements thereof. The edge of the panel main body comprises at least an inward recess and the reinforcing bracket comprises at least an upward step into the recess. The upward step extends along at least a portion of the recess and is dimensioned to accommodate a part of the operating mechanism under it.
VEHICLE
A vehicle may include a vehicle body, a door, a window frame, a window panel, a lower support and a stopper. The window panel may be provided in the window frame, configured to be manually raised and lowered, and supported to be movable between an upper limit position where the window panel closes an opening of the window frame and a lower limit position where the window panel opens the opening of the window frame. The lower support may include a groove. The groove may be configured to receive a lower edge of the window panel when the window panel is located at the lower limit position. The stopper may be disposed in the groove of the lower support and include an abutting surface configured to abut the lower edge of the window panel, wherein the abutting surface may be curved to protrude upward.
