SPRINKLER REDUCER FIXING BRACKET
A sprinkler reducer fixing bracket that is capable of allowing a reducer to be adjusted in height, especially in a state where the reducer is coupled thereto. The sprinkler reducer fixing bracket includes a body fitted to a horizontal bar, a hook member whose one side is rotatably coupled to the body by means of a shaft member, a locking shaft disposed on the hook member and having a cam portion adapted to push the body to allow the hook member to move to a position for fixing the reducer up and down, and U-shaped first and second locking pins adapted to allow the hook member to maintain the fixed position of the reducer in the up and down directions.
Hazard detection and containment
Multiple robotic monitors are located in a hydrocarbon storage or transport facility. Each robotic monitor is communicably coupled to other robotic monitors and includes a heat sensor configured to detect heat emitted by a hydrocarbon tank of the hydrocarbon storage or transport facility. A controller is communicably coupled to the heat sensor and configured to generate a heat signature based on the heat detected by the heat sensor. A pump is communicably coupled to the controller and configured to exert pressure on a fire retardant, responsive to the generation of the heat signature by the controller. An outlet is mechanically coupled to the pump and configured to discharge the fire retardant at the hydrocarbon tank.
Protection and Installation Device for Fire Protection Sprinklers
A method and device for protecting and installing a fire protection sprinkler assembly having a thermally responsive trigger. The method includes shielding and torquing a fire protection sprinkler with a protective device having a torque assist feature. The protective device includes a first member and a second member opposed and spaced about a plane to define an internal void and a lateral slot for strapping about the sprinkler. The torque assist feature includes a first confronting segment of the first member and a second confronting segment of the second member. The first and second confronting segments are disposed on opposite sides of the plane and spaced apart laterally about the device axis. Each of the first and second confronting segments define an internal surface of the device that form a contact surface engagement with one arm in the pair of frame arms to transfer a torque or rotational force to the sprinkler.

Protective Cover and Installation Tool for Fire Protection Sprinklers
A device and method of protecting and installing a fire protection sprinkler. The protective device is embodied as a tubular cap that axially receives the sprinkler. The protection and installation device includes an internal gripping portion for engaging the sprinkler. The protection and installation device includes a wall that maintains its geometry before receiving the sprinkler the same after receiving the fire protection sprinkler. Moreover, the protective installation device maintains its geometry constant to sufficiently torque the sprinkler into a fitting for installation.

SPRINKLER SUPPORT FRAME COUPLING DEVICE
A sprinkler support frame coupling device that is capable of allowing a horizontal bar having a square section so as to install a sprinkler thereon to be simply and firmly fitted to a support frame mounted on a ceiling. The sprinkler support frame coupling device is configured to allow a lever of a bracket to be pushed by a user's hand so that the bracket is firmly coupled to a support frame.
Water-discharging machine
Provided is a fire-fighting system that has a very simple structure with only a hose and a water discharge nozzle mounted on a vehicle, can bring the vehicle close to the fire site by automatic operation or remote control, and minimizes the occurrence of a water hammer when water is supplied. A hose reel is installed on a base which is installed on a vehicle, so as to be rotatable around a rotary shaft extending vertically, a hose having shape retaining property is spirally wound around the hose reel and around the rotary shaft, the lower end of the hose is connectable to a water discharge pump installed behind the vehicle, and the upper end of the hose passes through the rotary shaft of the hose reel and is connected to a water discharge nozzle installed at the upper position of the vehicle.
TELESCOPING WATERWAY WITH INTEGRATED VALVE
A telescoping waterway component for use in firefighting equipment has a multi-piece outer tube and a telescoping inner tube through which fluid flows. An inlet component is selectively positionable at different inlet heights along the outer tube and can be positioned to provide different inlet angles. A rotating shutoff element is mounted within a manifold of the inlet component. The inner tube can be retracted to nest within a hollow cross-section of the shutoff element when that element is closed. A valve interlock disables an operator from rotating the shutoff element while the inner tube is retracted, or from retracting the inner tube while the shutoff element is open.
