Fire hose pack roller
The fire hose pack roller includes a first embodiment where the device is held in place by a bracket positioned under a vehicle's tire and the weight of the vehicle secures the device for use or in a second embodiment where the device is removably mounted to the vehicle. The hose pack roller device includes a pair of collapsible arms that are unfolded and the fire hose is would around pegs mounted on the arms. The device further includes a set of rollers that squeezes air and water from the hose as it is wound. Once wound the hose is easily folded into a Gansner type pack for storage of the hose. The arms of the device may be folded closed such that the device forms a compact unit for storage. No external power supply is required.
RETRACTING DEVICE WITH HOSE GUIDE FOR RETRACTING A HOSE, VEHICLE PROVIDED THEREWITH AND METHOD THEREFOR
A retracting device, vehicle provided therewith and method for retracting a hose. The retracting device includes a frame, a retraction drive connected to the frame for retracting the hose, a coupling configured to couple the frame to a container, and a displacement drive configured to displace the frame relative to the container such that the retracted hose can be placed in the container. The retracting device further includes a hose guide configured to guide the hose for retraction to the retraction drive, and the hose guide is displaceable in operative connection to the frame.

Firefighter training unit
A firefighter training unit for simulating use of a fire extinguishing system, the unit including: a reel; a user-manipulable nozzle; a hose having opposite ends attached respectively to the reel and the nozzle and being partially wound around the reel, wherein rotation of the reel in a first rotational direction allows the hose to be unwound from the reel; a motor configured to drive the reel in a second rotational direction which causes the hose to be wound onto the reel; one or more devices for providing one or more output signals corresponding to one or more simulated operating conditions of the fire extinguishing system; and a controller configured to drive the motor in response to the one or more output signals so as to apply torque to the reel in the second rotational direction to simulate forces applied to the hose during operation of the fire extinguishing system.

REFINERY OXYGEN HOSE CLEANING APPARATUS AND METHOD
A cleaning apparatus for a flexible hose has a housing, a first reel and a second reel disposed in the housing, at least one of which is operable to spool the flexible hose, and a cleaning box disposed between the first reel and the second reel that cleans an outside surface of the flexible hose.
Portable fire hose dewatering device
A portable fire hose dewatering device made of durable materials and used by one or more persons. It is considered fire fighting equipment and more specifically for efficiently removing the water from fire hoses prior to the hoses being rolled and stored. The device includes a mounting base, a rotatable shaft, bearings at the shaft ends, a pair of side structures/flanges on the mounting base, a spacer bar, and a set of pull handles connected to the side flanges.
