System and method for controlling flow in a fuel recirculation line
A fuel system, a method of fueling a vehicle, and a vehicle are provided. The fuel system has a recirculation line connecting a fuel tank to a fuel fill inlet. An ejector is positioned within the recirculation line, and a valve is positioned within a drain line fluidly connecting the ejector to the fuel tank. A pressure sensor is positioned to measure a pressure associated with the drain line between the ejector and the valve. A controller is in communication with the pressure sensor, and the controller configured to, in response to initiation of a refueling event, determine a state of the valve based on the pressure.

REFUELING PORT
The disclosure provides a refueling port capable of simplifying a structure for restricting rotation of a nozzle guide with respect to a refueling port body. One of the refueling port body and the nozzle guide includes guide ribs formed between an inner peripheral surface of a body cylinder portion and an outer peripheral surface of a guide cylinder portion to sandwich a reflux port in the circumferential direction, and guiding fuel vapor flowing in from the reflux port in a direction toward a filler pipe connection port. The other one of the refueling port body and the nozzle guide includes a locking portion formed between the inner peripheral surface of the body cylinder portion and the outer peripheral surface of the guide cylinder portion, and locked in both directions in the circumferential direction to the guide ribs to restrict relative rotation between the refueling port body and the nozzle guide.

CAP WITH VALVE SYSTEM PROVIDED WITH FLOW REDUCER
A fluid vent valve (1) for a fuel tank, comprising: a valve body (10) having an inlet opening connected or connectable to a tank, an outlet opening and a main chamber (13) interposed between said inlet opening and said outlet opening (12); a piston (20) inserted or insertable in the main chamber (13) and movable therein so as to define a closed configuration and an open configuration; a pendulum (30) hinged to the valve body (10) and coupled to the piston (20) so as to promote a movement of the piston (20) between the two configurations; a flow reducer (40) operatively interposed between the outlet opening (12) and the piston (20).
Fuel cap for vehicle having locking structure generating sound internal
A fuel cap for a vehicle has a locking structure configured to generate a sound interval, including a head portion having a handle formed at a first side and one or more striking portions installed at a second side, and a body portion integrally assembled with the head portion and having a plurality of sound generators installed at the body portion and disposed in a state of being struck by the one or more striking portions installed at the second side of the head portion according to a rotation of the head portion by a locking torque.
Fuel filler access control system
A vehicle assembly includes, among other things, a fuel inlet conduit configured to receive a fuel dispensing nozzle. The fuel inlet conduit opens to an inlet opening. A guard is configured to move back and forth between a blocking position that prevents insertion of the fuel dispensing nozzle through the inlet opening into the fuel inlet conduit, and an accessing position that permits insertion of the fuel dispensing nozzle through the inlet opening into the fuel inlet conduit.

Fuel tank structure
A fuel tank structure that makes it difficult for mud, water, dust or the like to enter a fuel tank and that can restrict a fuel leakage path when a vehicle falls. A fuel cap includes a cap body mounted to a fuel supply port of a fuel tank, and a pressure adjusting device provided in the cap body to adjust a pressure in the fuel tank. In the fuel cap, a space is formed as a hermetically closed space in which the pressure adjusting device is accommodated, and the space communicates with an exterior of the fuel tank via a breather tube.
Fuel tank comprising a connector piece
A fuel tank that includes a fuel container, a filler pipe, a connecting piece member, and an annular locking element. The connecting piece member is configured to connect the filler pipe to the fuel container, and is a substantially cylindrical sheet metal shaped cross-section having a first connecting end for fastening to a first component to be connected, and a second connecting end for receipt in a second component to be connected. The second connecting end has a first portion with a first groove shaped therein. The annular locking element extends at least partially through openings of the second component to be connected at a connection point into an interior of the second component to be connected, and at the connection point, axially secures the second component to be connected relative to the connecting piece member by a positive connection on the first groove.
