DISPLAY WITH A REFLECTOR FILM
A system includes an interface having a first orientation. The first orientation defines a geometric plane and the interface has a substantially planar distribution over the geometric plane. The interface is configured to receive light. The light is representative of an image. The system also includes a reflector. The reflector has a principal plane. The principal plane has a second orientation different from the first orientation. The principal plane defines an angle of incidence based on the light and an angle of reflection based on the light.
PERSONALIZED INFOTAINMENT DEVICE FOR VEHICLE
An imaging device for a vehicle comprises: a cover that forms the exterior of the dashboard of a vehicle; a picture generation unit (PGU) that is disposed inside the dashboard and generates light at one side; a screen panel disposed between the picture generation unit and the cover, and configured to reflect the light generated by the picture generation unit and allow an image by the reflected light to pass through the cover; and a mirror that is disposed at one side of the picture generation unit and reflects the light generated at the one side and transmits same to the screen panel, wherein the image by the light reflected from the screen panel may be displayed in a certain area of a windshield of the driver's seat of the vehicle in a size having a larger width in one axis direction than the length in the other axis direction.
DISPLAY APPARATUS
A display apparatus with a structure of a triangular prism that has a first side surface, a second side surface, and a third side surface parallel to a central axis of the triangular prism. The display apparatus includes: a mirror being provided on a side of a back surface of the first side surface of the triangular prism, the back surface of the first side surface facing an inside of the triangular prism; a display provided on the second side surface, the display visually recognizable from the inside of the triangular prism; and a transparent window provided on the third side surface.
VEHICLE DISPLAY APPARATUS
A vehicle display device according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: a first display unit; and a second display unit formed to be moved between the driver seat and the front passenger seat in the vehicle along the horizontal direction of the frame through the operation of a drive module, and configured to, according to the movement thereof, perform screen control for the first display unit. In addition, the vehicle display device includes a control unit which controls the operations of the first and second display units and the drive module. The control unit performs control to display a first screen on the first display unit, and on the basis that the second display unit is moved to a position corresponding to the front passenger seat, allocate a second screen for the front passenger seat on a part of the first display unit.
VEHICLE DISPLAY DEVICE AND OPERATING METHOD THEREOF
A vehicle display device comprises a first display; a second display; a reception unit for receiving passenger monitoring information on the basis of vehicle DMS sensing information; and a control unit for controlling the operation of each of the first and second displays and the driving module. Here, the control unit can display a first screen on the first display, recognize the passenger sitting in the passenger seat on the basis of the received passenger monitoring information, and determine whether to generate a second screen for the passenger seat on at least a portion of the first display on the basis of the recognition results.
Liquid crystal display device with partial viewing angle adjustment
Discussed is a liquid crystal display device that can include a backlight unit, a switching unit disposed on an upper side of the backlight unit and including a first twisted nematic (TN) switching cell configured to change light transmittance for a first direction between a first mode and a second mode and a second twisted nematic (TN) switching cell disposed on an upper side of the first TN switching cell, and an image display layer disposed on an upper side of the switching unit. According to embodiments of the present disclosure, by providing a liquid crystal display device having a triple cell structure including two TN switching cells and one image cell, a light output for a first direction can be effectively blocked in a second mode in which partial viewing angle blocking is needed.
