BACKREST LOCKING MECHANISM AND CHILD SAFETY SEAT THEREWITH
A backrest locking mechanism is adapted for a backrest and a base of a child safety seat. The backrest is detachably connected to the base, and the backrest locking mechanism includes a locking pin, a locking component and an operating component. The locking pin is disposed on one of the backrest and the base. The locking component is disposed on another one of the backrest and the base. A locking hole structure is formed on the locking component. The locking pin is configured to detachably engage with the locking hole structure. The operating component is movably disposed on the backrest or the base. The operating component drives the locking pin and the locking hole structure to engage with or disengage from each other when the operating component is operated.
Child safety seat
A car seat includes a chassis formed as an interrupted shell defining a protected interior with a top opening, and a handle fixed to the chassis at a single point and covering a sufficient portion of a length of the top opening such that the handle functions as a carry handle and a roll bar against impacts or intrusions into the protected interior.
CHILD RESTRAINT CARRIER AND LOCKING MECHANISM THEREOF
A child restraint carrier includes a seat body, a headrest and a locking mechanism. The headrest is movably installed on the seat body. The locking mechanism is for allowing or restraining a movement of the headrest relative to the seat body. A position of the headrest relative to the seat body can be adjusted easily by the locking mechanism to fit a child. Therefore, the present invention has an advantage of easy adjustment.
VEHICLE MOUNTED SYSTEM, VEHICLE CONTROL SYSTEM AND METHOD
A vehicle control system monitors an infant possibly left behind in a cabin of a vehicle. The vehicle control system performs a danger avoidance process of either avoiding or reducing a danger to the infant based on a monitoring result. The vehicle control system includes an image acquirer for acquiring one or more vehicle stationary images indicating an interior of the cabin. The one or more vehicle stationary images are captured by an imaging device during stopping of the vehicle. A leaving behind determiner is provided to determine presence or absence of an infant left behind in the cabin based one or more vehicle stationary images.

Car seat holder
A car seat holder is used to support a portable infant car seat by providing a flexible support. The apparatus comprises a first support, a second support, and a canvas. The first support and the second support are elongated members that extend across a shopping cart. The first support and the second support are rigid members that distribute the weight of an infant carriage device. The canvas is a flexible surface that extends from the first support to the second support across the shopping cart. The canvas provides a mechanism for transmitting the weight of the infant carriage device to the first support and the second support. In this way, the first support and second support hold the canvas in optimal position for holding an infant car seat. This arrangement frees up space within a shopping cart.
Double sided cushion with provision for child five point harness and booster
A vehicle seat system includes a seat back. A seat cushion is positioned proximate to the seat back. The seat cushion includes: a first side configured when upwardly directed for supporting an adult passenger; and a second side oppositely facing from the first side. The second side is configured when upwardly directed for supporting a child passenger and includes: an elevated face positioned proximate to the seat back; and a lower elevation face forward of the elevated face at a lower elevation than the elevated face when the second side is upwardly directed. The seat cushion is releasable and rotatable to configure the seat cushion with either the first side or the second side upwardly directed.
Method and system for child safety
A child car seat is disclosed. The car seat has a seat form for accommodating a child. A belt for retaining a child is disposed within the child car seat. A first buckle is operable between a first open position and a second other fastened position, for when fastened fastening the belt to retain a child and for when open facilitating installation and removal of a child from the child car seat. The child car seat also has an integrated interface port for removably retaining a first electronic circuit having communication circuitry for communicating with an automobile. The interface port has electrical conductors for electrically coupling with the electrical circuitry within the first electronic circuit.
