IMPULSE COMPENSATING SEAT SUSPENSION
A seat suspension including a base frame having a back portion and a bottom portion fixedly securable to a support surface. A carriage assembly is movably connected to the base frame. The carriage assembly includes a transverse member slidably connected to the base frame and a vertical guide member extending upwardly from the transverse guide member and movably connected to the base frame. The carriage assembly includes a suspension support having a first end pivotally secured to the transverse member. A shock compensating mechanism including an adjustment member is slidably disposed on a pivot surface secured to the transverse guide member. Movement of the adjustment member changes shock compensation properties of the shock compensating mechanism. A height adjustment mechanism disposed on the frame includes an actuator wherein operation of the actuator selectively moves the seat frame, the carriage assembly, and the shock compensating mechanism relative to the base frame.
SEALED BOAT SEAT SUSPENSION
A sealed boat seat suspension including a plurality of sealed rails. The sealed boat seat suspension also includes a boat seat attachment component which is coupled to the plurality of sealed rails. The sealed boat seat suspension also includes a boat seat attachment component which is movable with respect to at least a portion of the plurality of sealed rails. The sealed boat seat suspension also includes a suspension component which is coupled to the boat seat attachment component such that the suspension component provides at least some control of movement of the boat seat attachment component with respect to at least a portion of the plurality of sealed rails.
Suspension mechanism, multi-suspension mechanism and damper
There are improved a vibration absorption characteristic and an impact absorption characteristic. In a suspension mechanism 1 of the present invention, first and second dampers (150, 160) are suspended in parallel between an upper frame (120) and a lower frame (110) with mounting angles different from each other. For this reason, the smaller mounting angle the damper has, the smaller a vertical component of damping force becomes, and the damping force which acts on the upper frame (120) and the lower frame (110) which move up and down relatively is moderate in effectiveness as compared with a case of disposing all the dampers at the same mounting angle. Thus, a sense of incongruity in which strong damping force acts abruptly is suppressed and the vibration absorption characteristic and the impact absorption characteristic are improved, which leads to improvement in ride comfort.
Device for adjusting a seat position
The invention relates to a device for adjusting a seat position for a vehicle seat, wherein the device comprises at least one support element for a seat part and can be connected to a seat substructure, wherein the device comprises at least one first leg and at least one second leg, the legs being rotatably arranged on the seat substructure and the at least one support element, wherein a first angle α can be adjusted between the first leg and the support element by means of an angle adjustment device, wherein the at least one first leg and the at least one second leg are mechanically coupled, wherein a change of the angle α causes a displacement of the at least one support element along a height axis Z and along a longitudinal axis X.
Suspension system, preferably driver seat
The invention relates to a suspension system (1), preferably a driver seat (1), comprising a first suspension part (10), preferably a frame (10) of the driver seat (1); a second suspension part (11), preferably a seat surface (11) of the driver seat (1), wherein the two suspension parts (10, 11) are movable relative to each other in at least one first spatial direction (Z), preferably in the vertical direction (Z); a kinematic system (12), preferably a scissor kinematic system (12) which is designed to connect the two suspension parts (10, 11) in a movable manner relative to each other at least in the first spatial direction (Z); a suspension device (13) which is designed to support the static load of the second suspension part (11); and an actuator (2) which is designed to introduce a force bidirectionally between the two suspension parts (10, 11) and thereby actively damp the relative movement between the two suspension parts (10, 11). The suspension system (1) is characterized in that the actuator (2) has a bearing (28), preferably a ball bearing (28), which is arranged within the power flow between the two suspension parts (10, 11) such that an axial load can be kept away from the driven axle of the actuator (2) at least partly, preferably completely.
System and method for seat vibration cancellation
A method for cancelling seat vibration includes receiving a first accelerometer measurement. The method also includes receiving a second accelerometer measurement. The method also includes determining a counter torque value based on the first accelerometer measurement and the second accelerometer measurement. The method also includes selectively controlling a motor using the counter torque value.
Vehicle seat
Vehicle seat having a backrest part and a backrest base part, a seat part and a seat base part, wherein the seat part is displaceable with respect to the seat base part and wherein the backrest part is rotatably connected to the backrest base part, the backrest base part and the seat base part being connected to one another by means of a lever assembly, wherein the lever assembly has a first lever element which is rotatably connected to the backrest and the seat base part, and a second lever element, which comprises a first lever element part and a second lever element part, wherein the first lever element part is rotatably connected to the backrest base part and the second lever element part, and the second lever element part is rotatably connected to the first lever element part and an adjustment device, wherein the adjustment device is rotatably connected to the seat base part.
DAMPER SYSTEM FOR SUSPENSION OF VEHICLE SEAT
The present disclosure provides a damper system for a suspension of a vehicle seat. A linkage of the damper system can be configured to cause a damper to provide different damping characteristics when the suspension moves towards a neutral position than when the suspension moves away from the neutral position.
