VEHICLE SEAT
A vehicle seat comprising a seat member and a backrest, wherein a belt connection is attached to or integrated into the upper end of the backrest, a mechanical coupling device is provided for coupling the backrest to the assembly for adjustment of the inclination of the seat member in the event of a collision. A triggering threshold is defined wherein the backrest is decoupled from the assembly under normal operating conditions, and wherein in a collision, when the triggering threshold is exceeded, the backrest pivots forwards and is finally coupled via the mechanical coupling device to the assembly, so that further pivoting of the backrest forwards triggers the assembly and causes the front region of the seat member facing away from the backrest to pivot upwards about a transverse axis.
Rear suspension assembly for an off-road vehicle
A vehicle has a frame, driver and passenger seats, two front and two rear suspension assemblies, two front and two rear wheels, and a motor operatively connected to at least two of the wheels. Each rear suspension assembly has a trailing arm having a front end pivotally connected to the frame, a knuckle pivotally connected to a rear portion of the trailing arm, a link having a laterally outward end pivotally connected to the trailing arm and the knuckle and a laterally inward end pivotally connected to the frame, and a fastener fastening the laterally outward end of the link, the knuckle and the trailing arm together.
Vehicle seat with dual shoulder strap seat belts
A vehicle seat includes a seat bottom, a seat back, a first seat belt retractor, a second seat belt retractor, a first seat belt shoulder strap and a second seat belt shoulder strap. The seat bottom includes an upper side, a lower side, a front side, a back side, a right side and a left side. The seat back includes a front side, a back side, an opening extending between the front side and the back side, a left side, a right side, an upper edge and a lower edge. The first and second seat belt retractors are connected to the back side of the seat back. The first seat belt shoulder strap has a first end connected to the first seat belt retractor and a second end connected to the left side of the seat back. The second seat belt shoulder strap has a first end connected to the second seat belt retractor and a second end connected to the right side of the seat back.
SEAT STRUCTURE FOR VEHICLE
A seat structure for a vehicle comprises a seat, a seat rail comprising a lower rail and an upper rail, and an anchor bracket fixing an anchor (a first anchor) of a seatbelt device to the upper rail. The anchor bracket includes a first bracket provided with a first bottom portion fixed to the upper rail and a first side portion rising upwardly from the first bottom portion and a second bracket provided with a second bottom portion fixed to the upper rail, a second side portion rising upwardly from the second bottom portion, and an anchor attachment portion where the anchor is attached. The first side portion and the second side portion are joined together, overlapping each other in a vehicle width direction, and the first bracket extends forwardly beyond the second bracket.
Vehicle seat
A vehicle seat includes: a seat back, connected with a seat cushion through a recliner, an outlet of a shoulder belt being provided in one shoulder of the seat back, wherein: the seat back includes: a first side frame, arranged on the one shoulder side; and a second side frame, arranged on the other shoulder side; the first side frame includes: a first frame member having a hollow and closed sectional shape; and a plate-shaped bracket which is attached in the recliner; and the bracket includes a joint part which is inserted into a lower end portion of the first frame member and is joined with the lower end portion.
FRAME STRUCTURE FOR A VEHICLE SEAT BACKREST
A frame structure (5) for a vehicle seat backrest (3), said frame structure (5) comprising a centre frame (18) and a side frame (14), said centre frame (18) and said side frame (14) extending in a longitudinal (x), transversal (y) and vertical (z) direction, respectively, said longitudinal (x), transversal (y) and vertical (z) directions being perpendicular to each other and corresponding to a longitudinal, transversal and vertical direction, respectively, of a vehicle. Said frame structure (5) further comprises a lower connection (7) which is adapted to interconnect said centre frame (18) and said side frame (14) and which is located at or adjacent to a lower end of said frame structure (5) in said vertical direction (z).
FRAME OF A SEAT ARRANGEMENT OF A VEHICLE
A frame of a seat arrangement of a vehicle having a base frame and a connecting mechanism for releasable connection of the base frame to a vehicle floor. The connecting mechanism includes a floor rail assigned to the vehicle floor and a connecting portion which is adapted to the floor rail and assigned to the base frame. In the connected state, a bearing face of the connecting portion bears against a bearing face of the floor rail. Two plug elements including a shank portion and a head portion of greater diameter relative to the shank portion, are provided on one bearing face, and two recesses formed as an undercut region adapted to the plug elements, are provided on the other bearing face, so that the connection is able to be produced by a rear-engagement connection between the plug elements and the associated recesses.
Vehicle seat
A vehicle seat mounted with an occupant restraint device, the vehicle seat includes: a seat cushion frame; a seatback frame including a seatback side frame extending in a seat vertical direction at a seat width direction end portion of the seatback frame, the seatback frame being swingable at a seat rear end side of the seat cushion frame, and the seatback frame extending from the seat rear end side toward a seat upper side; a metal inflating body disposed along the seatback side frame, and configured so as to be stretched out toward a seat lower side such that a lower end of the metal inflating body abuts a vehicle floor surface; and a drive member configured to stretch out the metal inflating body in a case in which a vehicle collision at a seat front side occurs or the vehicle collision at the seat front side has been predicted.
RESTRAINT SYSTEM
A restraint system includes a seatback frame, a webbing guide attached to the seatback frame, webbing extending from below the seatback frame through the webbing guide, and a tether attached to the webbing and retractable to the seatback frame above the webbing guide. The restraint system may include a roller coupled to the seatback frame above the webbing guide, and the tether is at least partially wound around the roller.
