Vehicle seat provided with seat belt retractor
A vehicle seat including a seat cushion, a seat back, a seat belt, and a seat belt retractor is provided. The vehicle seat includes: a seat back frame comprising: right and left side frames disposed at a distance away from each other in a lateral direction; an upper frame connecting upper end portions of the right side frame and the left side frame; a lower frame connecting lower end portions of the right side frame and the left side frame; and a connecting frame made of a pipe member and disposed at distances away from the right and left side frames and connecting the upper frame and the lower frame; and a first bracket by which the seat belt retractor is attached to the seat back frame. The first bracket is provided on the connecting frame at distances away from the upper frame and the lower frame.
Emergency vehicle patient transport systems
Emergency vehicle patient transport systems are disclosed. In one embodiment, an emergency vehicle patient transport system includes: a loading passage providing access to an interior of an emergency vehicle; one or more tracks coupled to a floor of the emergency vehicle, a ceiling of the emergency vehicle, a wall of the emergency vehicle or combinations thereof wherein, a travel path is delineated by the one or more tracks; and a chair slidingly engaged with the one or more tracks, and vertically positioned between the floor and the ceiling. The chair locks in one or more set positions. And, the one or more set positions are selected from a group consisting of an airway care position, an extended airway care position, a procedural care position, a responder position, a patient care position, and a patient load position.
Lightweight headrests with suspension mesh and supporting frame
Described are lightweight headrests with a perimeter frame 200 with an open central region. The open central region is spanned by a suspension membrane 100 held in tension. The suspension membrane provides support and cushioning functions to a passenger head without the need for internal structures or compression cushions. The perimeter frame of the headrest may have additional cross members spanning the rear portion of the headrest. These cross members may provide additional structure or locate attachment points for the headrest onto the seat.

HEADREST ASSEMBLY FOR A VEHICLE
A multi-headrest assembly for a vehicle includes first and second headrests for first and second seats of the vehicle, respectively, and a multi-headrest mount having a crossbar and first and second brackets coupled to and spaced along the crossbar for supporting the first and second headrests, respectively. The crossbar has a length for defining a space between the first and second headrests for aligning the first and second headrests with the first and second seats, respectively, when mounted in the vehicle. The multi-headrest assembly further includes first and second seatback portions configured to be coupled to and supported by the first and second brackets, respectively.

HIGH BACKREST PASSENGER SEAT
A high seatback assembly can accommodate the height of an average passenger in an upright sitting posture while also providing high visibility behind the seat. The tapered geometry of the seatback is devised to allow sufficient visibility behind the seat while also providing ample structure to support a person seated in the seat. The seatback geometry can be further configured to include service modules such as integrated storage pocket, widescreen entertainment unit (display), etc. Additionally, the resulting gap between neighboring seats improves visibility and prevents claustrophobia in high-density seating configurations, such as on airplanes, buses, boats, or other vehicles.
VEHICLE SEAT
A vehicle seat comprising a support structure and a first and second shaped panel supported by the support structure and respectively comprising the seat and the backrest of the seat. The support structure comprises a first and a second side support element which are stably connected to each other by means of a first upper C-shaped connection element and a second lower C-shaped connection element. The second panel has a lower end edge positioned opposite to the upper edge supported by the first upper connection element. The lower end edge is directly attached to an end edge of the first panel which is positioned on the opposite side to the edge facing the second lower C-shaped connection element. The first and second panels overlap each other at the contact area between the two edges. The first C-shaped connection element is provided with a plurality of light generating elements suitable to create a light beam directly from the first upper C-shaped connection element towards the lower end edge of the second panel and to light a lower area of the seat.
