Sleeve Device for a Headrest
Described is a sleeve device having a sleeve body for insertion into a vehicle frame of a vehicle seat. The sleeve body includes a tubular wall with an inner axial passage configured to receive a rod of a headrest and at least one elastomeric element overmolded to an outer surface of the sleeve device. The elastomeric elements may be provided in the form of ribs, rings, or other shapes. Additionally or alternatively, the sleeve device includes a latching mechanism having one or more flexible tabs configured to limit lateral and/or vertical movement.
MULTI-ACTUATOR CAPABLE HEADREST
A multi-actuator capable vehicle headrest includes a headrest support and a multi-cam release mechanism mounted to the headrest support. The multi-cam release mechanism includes a first cam and a second cam. A headrest shell member is pivotally mounted to the headrest support through the multi-cam release mechanism. An actuator is mounted to the headrest shell member. The actuator includes a first actuator portion operable to disengage the multi-cam release mechanism based on a first input and a second actuator portion operable to disengage the multi-cam release mechanism based on a second input that is distinct from the first input allowing the multi-actuator capable vehicle headrest to transition between a deployed configuration and a folded configuration.
CONVEYANCE SEAT
Rigidity is improved at a part where side frame pieces overlap each other in a side frame. In a vehicle seat provided with a seat back frame, a side frame of the seat back frame has a first side frame piece and a second side frame piece partially overlapping each other in a direction of extension of the side frame. The side frame has an overlapping part where both the first side frame piece and the second side frame piece overlap each other. At the overlapping part, the side frame pieces overlap each other in a state where a plurality of closed regions and closed by being surrounded by both side frame pieces are formed in a cross section of the overlapping part intersecting with the direction of extension of the side frame.
Vehicle seat
A vehicle seat with a speaker-equipped headrest is provided, which is of a relatively simple structure to enable the speaker-equipped headrest to be easily mounted to/dismounted from a seat body after vehicle installation, and also provide increased versatility for installation in vehicles of various vehicle size classes. The vehicle seat with the speaker-equipped headrest includes: a male coupler that is connected to a speaker harness and fitted to a distal end of a headrest stay; and a female coupler that is connected to a main harness on a seat body side, and fitted to a headrest guide bracket supporting a headrest guide. Insertion of the headrest stay into the headrest guide allows the speaker-equipped headrest to be mounted to the seat body, and allows the male coupler and the female coupler to be fitted together to provide a connection between the speaker harness and the main harness.

Headrest Bracket and Seat Headrest
A headrest support and a seat headrest in which the headrest support has a U shape and is configured for supporting a headrest. The headrest support includes an inner tube and an outer tube. The outer tube covers at least two end portions of the inner tube. The outer tube is secured to the inner tube by laser brazing.
Vehicle seat assembly with impact energy management
A vehicle seat assembly is provided with a seatback frame adapted to be mounted to a vehicle interior. The seatback frame has a front region facing a forward direction, and a rear region. A first bracket is mounted to the front region of the seatback frame. A second bracket is mounted to the first bracket and the rear region of the seatback frame. At least one head restraint post is mounted to the first bracket or the second bracket and spaced apart from the seatback frame so that upon a rear vehicle impact, the second bracket deforms as the at least one head restraint post is translated toward the seatback frame.

HOLDER FOR MOUNTING A HEADREST
There is shown and described, inter alia, a holder for supporting a headrest, which holder can be fixed in a retaining structure of a vehicle by insertion in a first mounting direction, wherein the holder is formed with a guide passage for receiving a retaining rod of the headrest, and wherein the holder has fixing means for fixing to a retaining structure of the vehicle.
The particular feature consists in that the fixing means have at least one deflection device, having at least one movable element that is supported on the holder so as to be movable from a first position in which the movable element is in the movement path of the retaining rod inserted into the guide passage, and a second position in which the movable element is outside the movement path, wherein the element has a region that is suitable for cooperating with an abutment surface of the retaining structure, in moving between the first position and the second position, such that the retaining element is loaded in a mounting direction relative to the retaining structure.
Ring, method, and assembly for component displacement control
An assembly having an outer component, an inner component, and a ring positioned between the outer component and the inner component, where the ring has at least one radially extending projection adapted to seat within at least one groove in the inner component or outer component, and where the projection is adapted to compress radially to allow rotational or axial movement between the inner component and the outer component upon application of rotational or axial force respectively to at least one of the inner component or the outer component.
