Rotation mechanism
This rotation mechanism is provided with: a first member; a second member which is rotatably coupled to the first member by a pivot; and a torsion coil spring which applies force such that one from among the first member and the second member is rotated relative to the other. Any one of the first member and the second member is provided with a torsion coil spring-accommodating part in which a pair of protrusions facing each other in the axial direction of the pivot is provided. The pair of protrusions are configured so as to hold, around the axes of the protrusions, the two end portions of the coil shape of the torsion coil spring, and so as to protrude while being displaced in the radial direction of the coil shapes forming the two ends, with respect to the axial direction of the pivot.
Tailgate for a vehicle
A tailgate for a vehicle has a handle having a handle portion for a user and a connection portion connected to an inside surface of the tailgate. In order to provide a tailgate that allows for an ergonomic operation by users having different body heights, the connection portion is movable along the inside surface between first and second positions, the second position being lower than the first position in an open position of the tailgate.
ASSIST GRIP
An assist grip includes an outer tubular portion having first and second fitted portions; a first fixed end portion having a first body portion inserted into one end of the outer tubular portion and a first fitting end portion extending from the first body portion to engage the first fitted portion of the outer tubular portion; and a second fixed end portion having a second body portion inserted into another end of the outer tubular portion and a second fitting end portion extending from the second body portion to engage the second fitted portion of the outer tubular portion.
Golf cart safety platform with interchangeable handle bars
Disclosed is a golf cart safety platform with interchangeable handle bars. Said platform, rectangular in shape, is attached to the golf cart's floor, via a strong, metal-bonding adhesive. Attached to the platform's top surface, via similar metal-bonding method, is a single, or a plurality of stanchion bases. Each stanchion base incorporates a vertical socket, accepting a socket pin. The pin locks in place the interchangeable handle bars, with relative ease, and without the need for the metal-bonding adhesives. The handle bars come in different shapes and sizes, including but not limited to: I-shaped, H-shaped, U-shaped and goalpost-shaped bars. Each of the handle bars may be outfitted with a food and accessory tray. The tray provides its end-users, thus the golf cart driver and its passenger, with the ability to store food and small, personal objects. In addition to its storage capabilities, the tray also incorporates two, oval-shaped, grip handlesproviding the end-users with extra surfaces to hold on to, when driving the golf cart through difficult terrain.
DOOR CLADDING FOR A MOTOR VEHICLE
A door cladding for a motor vehicle has a base body, a door handle (100), a cover (101) and at least one securing component (102). The door handle (100) is fastened on the base body, and the cover (101) at least partially encases the door handle (100). The securing component (102) is fastened on the base body and is formed in one part and/or integrally with the cover (101).
Temporary placement structure for sub cover
Groove formation portions that define insertion grooves are located in two opposing inner sides of an opening of a main cover. Engagement shafts are located on side portions of the sub-cover that oppose the inner sides. The engagement shafts are insertable into the insertion grooves from an outside and have a thickness that is larger than a groove width of the insertion grooves. The groove formation portions are elastic and deformable to allow insertion of the engagement shafts when the engagement shafts are inserted from the outside. The groove formation portions elastically return to their original forms after insertion of the engagement shafts to engage the engagement shafts and restrict separation of the engagement shafts in a reverse direction. The groove formation portions support the sub-cover to allow the sub-cover to open while engaged with the engagement shafts.
Retractable handle for recreational vehicles
A handle for a recreational vehicle is described that includes a handrail and a support arm. The handrail has a proximal end configured to be pivotably coupled relative to structure of a recreational vehicle and an opposite distal end. The support arm has a first end configured to be pivotably coupled relative to structure of a recreational vehicle and an opposite second end slidingly coupled relative to the handrail. With this configuration, the handrail can be pivoted from a storage position extending along the recreational vehicle and a use position extending outwardly from the recreational vehicle causing the second end of the support arm to slide towards the distal end of the handrail.
ASSIST GRIP HANDLE
Provided is an assist grip handle storing an escape hammer. The handle is to be attached to an interior space of a vehicle, and includes a bar-shaped grip portion; a curved portion continuous with at least one end of the grip portion; and an attachment portion continuous with the curved portion and attached to an interior member of the vehicle. Since provided inside the grip portion is a storage portion continuous with an opening section formed at the curved portion side, and an escape hammer is stored in the storage portion, the hammer can be stored in the handle in a compact manner. Since there are provided a biasing member biasing the hammer toward the opening section side; a regulation portion for regulating the hammer; and a push button for releasing the restriction by the regulation portion, the hammer can be easily installed in and removed from the handle.
FIXATION SYSTEM AND METHOD THAT DETECTS PROPER ATTACHMENT
Methods and apparatus are provided for attaching a first device to a second device. The method includes providing an attachment structure for attaching the first device to the second device that includes a fastener that is movable from a first position to a second position within the attachment structure, moving the first device into position to be attached to the second device with the fastener in the first position, obscuring an attachment detection window with a window barrier fixed to the fastener, securing the first device to the second device by sliding the fastener from the first position to the second position, locking the fastener in the second position, revealing the attachment detection window when the fastener is locked in the second position, and reading the attachment detection window to detect that the first device has been properly attached to the second device.
Entrance handrail
The handrail for getting on and off includes a rail portion for slidably holding one end portion of the link arm which expands and contracts with the movement of the slide door, and a handrail body configured to rotate integrally with the rail portion. When the slide door closes the entrance, the entrance handrail takes a retracted posture in which one end portion of the link arm is located at the other end portion of the rail part and the handrail body is arranged along the slide door. When the slide door opens the entrance, the entrance handrail takes a deployed posture in which one end portion of the link arm is positioned on one end portion side of the rail portion so that the rail portion and the handrail body protrude toward the outside of the vehicle.
