MULTIFUNCTION FOOTREST APPARATUS FOR VEHICLE
A multifunction footrest apparatus for a vehicle is provided in a space in which a passenger seat is positioned so as to be movable in a front-rear direction. The multifunction footrest apparatus may be inserted into and housed in a lower space under a dashboard including a glove box, and it may perform a massage and an acupressure for calves and soles of a back seat passenger by using a lower door including a first massage device and an upper door including a second massage device and an acupressure plate.
Assembled footrest of car seat apparatus for early child
Disclosed herein is a footrest assembly of a car seat apparatus for young children that is capable of maintaining alignment with the car seat apparatus regardless of the installation position of the car seat apparatus and stably supporting the short legs of users such as the young children by varying and fixing the height of the footrest. The footrest assembly includes a base portion interposed between a vehicle seat and a car seat body for a young child; sidewall portions respectively erected upward on both sides of the base portion; one or more pressing portions facing each other toward a center of a width of the base portion and installed on the sidewall portions to press or release side portions of the car seat body for a young child; and a footrest portion connected to a front end portion of the sidewall portion with a connection unit.
SEAT UNIT, VEHICLE, AND CONVEYANCE SEAT
The time required to complete current-to-target state transitions of a plurality of movable portions constituting a seat is shortened. A seat unit 1 includes an occupant support portion S1, a plurality of movable mechanisms respectively moving a plurality of parts constituting the occupant support portion S1, and an ECU 40 controlling respective operations of the plurality of movable mechanisms. The ECU 40 causes each of the plurality of movable mechanisms to undergo a transition from a current state to a target state and the plurality of movable mechanisms have a first movable mechanism requiring a longest time for the transition. The ECU 40 causes the transitions of the plurality of movable mechanisms other than the first movable mechanism to be completed by completion of the transition of the first movable mechanism from the current state to the target state.
Dynamic Electro-Mechanical Ottoman
A dynamic electro-mechanical ottoman may include a rail assembly with one or more actuatable tracks coupled to one or more rails. The dynamic electro-mechanical ottoman may include a cushion assembly translatable via the one or more actuatable tracks between a first translation position and a second translation position. The cushion assembly may include one or more cross plates coupled to a pivot shaft and the one or more actuatable tracks, and a cushion sub-assembly. The cushion sub-assembly may include one or more support plates coupled to a cushion and the pivot shaft, and may be rotatable about an axis through the pivot shaft between a first rotation position and a second rotation position. A top surface of the cushion may at least partially face an aircraft seat when the cushion sub-assembly is in the second rotation position.
Inclination-Adjustable Armrest
An inclination-adjustable armrest (10) includes a pivot bearing (12) formed at one end of the armrest, the pivot bearing defining a pivotal axis (A) for the armrest, a clamping-type locking mechanism (16) arranged on the pivotal axis and being adapted to be unlocked by a release member (20) that is rotatable about the pivotal axis, and an actuating mechanism for actuating the release member, wherein the actuating mechanism has a release lever (22) that is connected to the release member (20) and is rotatable about the pivotal axis (A) and which extends through the interior of the armrest (10) to the end of the armrest opposite to the pivot bearing (12) and exits the armrest at that opposite end.
Sliding-type footrest device for vehicle
A sliding-type footrest device for a vehicle includes: a guide rail mounted on a floor panel and extending in a forward-and-backward direction; a footrest housing engaged with the guide rail to slide along the guide rail in the forward-and-backward direction, the footrest housing having a door configured to be opened or closed; and a footrest box disposed inside the footrest housing and allowing a backseat passenger to place feet into the footrest while the door is open.
Movable ottoman for an aircraft seat
An ottoman for an aircraft seat includes a guide assembly, a foot platform, and an actuator assembly. The guide assembly is configured to couple to a frame of the aircraft seat. The guide assembly includes a guide and a slide that is translatable along the guide. The foot platform is coupled to the slide. The actuator assembly is configured to selectively translate the slide along the guide to reposition the foot platform between a stowed position and a deployed position. The actuator assembly includes an actuator and an arm. The arm defines a first interface coupled to the slide and a second interface coupled to the actuator. Engagement of the actuator causes the arm to pivot and move the slide along the guide.
VEHICLE PASSENGER SENSING AND REPORTING SYSTEM
An example embodiment of a system and methods for detecting and reporting whether passengers are seated and secured in their seats within a vehicle may include a passenger sensor configured to provide an output indicative of a presence of a passenger in a seat in a vehicle, a restraint sensor configured to provide an output indicative of a status of a passenger safety restraint associated with the seat, a transmitter configured to be in electronic communication with the passenger sensor and the restraint sensor and to wirelessly transmit data indicative of the presence of a passenger in the seat and the status of the restrain, and a reporting module configured to be disposed proximate a driver of the vehicle. The reporting module may be configured to receive the data from the transmitter, and output a respective status for each of a plurality of seats.
VEHICLE
A vehicle provides a comfortable space for a wide range of passengers. The vehicle (1) includes a plurality of seats (31) arranged in a fore and aft direction in a cabin (5) of the vehicle, each seat being supported in the cabin so as to be rotatable around a vertically extending rotational axis. Preferably, at least one of the seats includes a support column (32) extending vertically from a floor (6) of the cabin, and a seat cushion (33) supported at an upper end of the support column so as to be rotatable around the vertically extending rotational axis.
Deployable foot rest assembly
A foot rest installation comprising a base structure that includes a footwell and may be provided under a seat, in a bulkhead or in a console, and a foot rest assembly. The foot rest assembly has a deployable foot rest support structure and a first foot rest component comprising a flexible structure, for example a net, having a first end fixed with respect to the base structure at a first location, and a second end coupled to the foot rest support structure at a second location that is spaced apart from the pivot axis along a front-to-rear axis. When deployed, the foot rest support structure extends downward and rearward from the pivot axis to deploy the net in the footwell. When stowed, the foot rest support structure extends upward and rearward from the pivot axis.
