Method for operating a storage system of a motor vehicle for a product and storage system
A method for operating a storage system of a motor vehicle for a product includes outputting a piece of product information for the product from a service provider external to the motor vehicle on an output device of the storage system. The method further includes transferring a selection of the product by a user of the storage system to the service provider by a transmission device of the storage system and adjusting a shape of a storage device of the storage system for the product by a shifting actuating mechanism of the storage device depending on the product.
CUP HOLDER
A cup holder including a case for receiving a cup, having an opening and a bottom opposite to the opening; a rotational arm including a first arm member rotatably connected to the case, and a second arm member rotatably connected to the first arm member and having a retaining member for holding the cup; and a platform slidably arranged in the case to move between a first position in which the platform is positioned at the opening of the case, and a second position in which the platform is positioned at the bottom of the case, the platform an abutting portion extending downwardly therefrom to abut against the first arm member. When the platform moves from the first position to the second position, the abutting portion abuts against the first arm member to rotate the rotational arm toward the case and the retaining member is disposed inside the case.
VERSATILE CUP AND DEVICE HOLDER
A cup and device holder includes a housing having a first end wall, a second end wall, a first sidewall, a second sidewall and a bottom wall defining a storage compartment. The holder further includes a first divider connected to the first and second sidewalls of that housing and a second divider connected to the bottom wall.
Adjustable Cup Holder Adapter
A cup holder adapter for a beverage container comprising a container holder formed from a sturdy, resistant material, wherein cylindrical adapters can be attached to fit in a vehicle cup holder of various sizes.
VEHICULAR ARTICLE-ACCOMMODATING STRUCTURE, ARM REST, AND VEHICULAR SEAT
A vehicular article-accommodating structure, comprising a lid front part provided with an opening of such size as to be larger than the cross-sectional diameter of a cup but also capable of preventing tipping and falling of the cup, a link mechanism for causing the lid front part to perform a translational movement between a first position and a second position, and a lower part of a bottom part and an upper part of a bottom part for receiving the bottom surface of the cup at the first position and the second position. The second position is a high position having a height greater than that of the first position, and is a position rearward from the first position. The height of the lid front part can be changed by a prescribed distance, and furthermore the distance from the lid front part to a passenger can be reduced by a prescribed distance. It is possible for the structure to be suitably easy to use by individual passengers having different physical builds.
Storage assembly and vehicle console employing the same
A storage assembly is provided to include a housing; a floor supported on the housing; an arm supported on the floor and elastically retractable between a retracted position and an extended position along a first direction; a drive member supported on the housing and including a cavity with an opening to receive a portion of the arm in the extended position; and a resistance member supported on the housing and including a shoulder at least partially retractably extendable through the opening to support the arm.
Beverage Container Holder for Mounting to the Exterior of a Vehicle
A beverage container holder of rigid construction for mounting to an exterior of a vehicle for receiving and retaining a beverage container, having an off-set feature and a mount enabling the holder to be mounted at a preferred height and location while avoiding obstructions that are features of vehicle.
MODULAR TRANSPORTATION SYSTEM WHICH CAN BE INTEGRATED INTO A MOTOR VEHICLE
A modular system for transporting objects in a motor vehicle, particularly for purchasing and transporting purchased goods, is disclosed. The system has at least one module which is suitable for receiving objects, can be removed from the system and can be replaced with another module, and can be connected to the system and therefore to the motor vehicle by a plug-and-play connection. Furthermore, a method for purchasing and transporting goods is made available.
ADJUSTABLE CUP HOLDER BASE HEIGHT
A vehicle cup holder assembly having a cup holder defining an interior volume and a cup holder base having a depth relative to a top surface of the cup holder. A spring may be positioned between a bottom edge of the cup holder base and a console bottom surface. The cup holder assembly may have a user interface. The cup holder assembly may also have a side member of the cup holder base positioned in a side space. The depth of the cup holder base may be adjusted by a mechanism controlled by the user interface.
CUP HOLDER AND METHOD FOR ADJUSTING THE HEIGHT OF A CUP HOLDER
A cup holder for a central console of a motor vehicle, including a receiving body configured to be inserted in a recess of the central console for delimiting a receiving volume for at least one beverage container. The receiving body has a first fastener acting away from the receiving volume in a first direction for fastening to the central console and a second fastener acting away from the receiving volume in a second direction opposite to the first direction for fastening to the central console. The first fastener and the second fastener are positioned at different heights in a Z-direction and are substantially uniformly shaped.
