A material transportation system for a working machine is provided. The material transportation system comprises a load implement body with a plurality of air flow channels. The air flow channels comprise a set of heat insulated air flow channels, and a set of heat transfer channels, wherein each air flow channel of the set of heat insulated air flow channels comprises a heat insulating structure. When the temperature level of the load implement body is below a predetermined threshold limit, pressurized air is directed to the set of heat transfer channels.

An energy-dissipative pneumatic cushioning system for cushioning heavy loads includes (i) one or more support members that extend beneath at least a portion of at least one pneumatic cushioning element and (ii) at least one connector assembly that communicatively couple the at least one pneumatic cushioning element to a gas supply unit and optionally at least one gas reservoir. The at least one gas reservoir is capable of accepting at least a portion of gas from the at least one pneumatic cushioning element under a force of a load. The at least one connector assembly is further operable to allow a return of at least a portion of the gas to the at least one pneumatic cushioning element upon reduction of at least a portion of the force of the load.

A haul truck dump tray with a pneumatic shock absorption system is provided. The haul truck dump tray includes a first longitudinal body portion and a second longitudinal body portion joined along a center line by an interposing elastomeric link extending along the center line and bonded to and between them. The haul truck dump tray includes a topside support member joined along the center line by the interposing elastomeric link to the first longitudinal body portion and the second longitudinal body portion. The haul truck dump tray includes a bottomside support member joined along the center line by the interposing elastomeric link to the first longitudinal body portion and the second longitudinal body portion. The resulting haul truck dump tray has improved weight, strength, and durability characteristics.

The disclosure relates to a lining for a haul truck body, said lining being arranged to extend over a haul truck body for carrying a load, wherein the lining is formed by a plurality of lining elements comprising at least a first type of lining elements, termed load-breaking lining elements, and a second type of lining elements, different from the load-breaking lining elements, said load-breaking lining elements being structured and arranged to restrict, to a higher degree than the second type of lining elements, movement of said load in relation to the lining. A tilt bed for a multi-utility vehicle that is movable from a flat conveying positon to a tilted dump position. The tilt bed has a lift handle construction that combines a molded thermoplastic portion integral with the tilt bed body and a handle bracket that provides reinforcement in the appropriate location to provide a sturdy handle for ease of lifting. The bracket has at least a yoke shape underlying the bed body and is co-extensive with a neighboring edge of the bed body to provide a comfortable lift area. The bracket is rigidly attached to the bed body, and may also have a more robust shape such as a closed loop. For added stiffness and strength, the bracket may also be rigidly connected to the bed frame.

The technology disclosed herein relates to a maintenance vehicle. The vehicle has a vehicle frame, drive wheels rotatably coupled to the vehicle frame and a prime mover coupled to the vehicle frame. The prime mover is in operative communication with the drive wheels. A hopper assembly is pivotably coupled to the vehicle frame. The hopper assembly has a hopper having a discharge opening and a spreader disk adjacent to the discharge opening. The hopper assembly is pivotable about a pivot axis between a maintenance position and an operating position. The spreader disk is positioned vertically below the discharge opening when the hopper assembly is in an operating position.

A bucket system (10) comprising a frame (12) including first and second rails (26, 27). A bucket (14) is provided having a bucket support (16) including front wheels (32, 33) and rear wheels (34, 35) being slidable within channels (30) in the first and second rails (26, 27). Rear portions (39) of the rails (26, 27) are pivotable between extended and stored positions. When the rear portions (39) are moved to the extended positions, gaps (42) are defined in upper sides of each of the rails (26, 27) such when the rear wheels (34, 35) are moved into the rear portions (39) of the first and second rails (26, 27), the front wheels (32, 33) may move upwardly through the gaps (42) to allow the bucket (14) to pivot about the rear wheels (34, 35).

A dump trailer and system for a semi-trailer truck are disclosed. The dump trailer and system includes a tub, a coupling plate configured to engage the dump trailer to the tractor, a first hydraulic cylinder hinge, a second hydraulic cylinder, and a draft arm attached to the coupling plate and the tub that cooperate to improve manufacturing economics and/or dumping of a load carried by the dump trailer.

A vehicle mounted tricycle carrier with a tilting carrier platform that enables loading a tricycle to the carrier without lifting the tricycle from the ground. The carrier is further enhanced by a lifting boom accessory. The lifting boom may be attached to the tricycle carrier structure and a second platform added to the lift boom allowing two tricycles to be carried.
