PORTABLE LIFT DEVICE, SYSTEM, AND METHOD
A portable lift device that includes a portable lift column assembly having a lift column including a first end, a second end, and a length there between. The second end of the lift column has at least one column attachment system. The lift column assembly further includes a riser assembly coupled to the lift column and movable with respect to the lift column. The riser assembly includes a riser attachment device. The portable lift device also includes a platform assembly movable with the riser assembly and having a platform structure coupled to at least one platform attachment system. The at least one platform attachment-system selectively engages the riser attachment device to detachably couple the platform assembly with the riser assembly and wherein the platform structure maintains structural integrity under a predetermined load capacity. The platform assembly is movable with the riser assembly.
Method for relocating vehicle backup camera
A liftgate is provided with a modular sensor housing that spans a substantial portion of the width of the liftgate. The sensor housing has a plurality of rearward-facing apertures adapted to permit the cameras and/or proximity sensors from the vehicle to see through the housing. The sensor housing incorporates a plurality of sensor mounting brackets specifically adapted to the particular configuration of the vehicle sensors. The modular sensor housing enables a liftgate to be installed without disabling the rearview camera and proximity sensors.
PIVOTAL LOADING APPARATUS FOR A TAILGATE
A tailgate assembly is provided for a pickup truck tailgate. The tailgate assembly includes a tailgate, a bracket, an L-shaped platform, and a retractable link. The L-shaped platform is pivotally attached to the bracket, which is selectively attachable to the tailgate. The L-shaped platform pivots about a pivot point to assist in loading objects into the truck bed by lifting them into the truck bed and rolling/sliding them into the truck bed. The retractable link facilitates the pivoting of the L-shaped platform and is attached to the bracket and a distal end of the L-shaped platform.

A tailgate assembly is provided for a pickup truck tailgate. The tailgate assembly includes a tailgate, a bracket, an L-shaped platform, and a retractable link. The L-shaped platform is pivotally attached to the bracket, which is selectively attachable to the tailgate. The present invention concerns a gripper for gripping, moving, orienting, and depositing a pallet. The gripper includes a gripping means for gripping the pallet at the longitudinal side members of a pallet. The gripper is suitable for being hinged to an automated manipulator moving along a support structure, thus making it possible to move, orient, and deposit a pallet in a loading position on the support structure or in an unloading position, for example, on the ground.
Lift gate and mounting system
A mounting system for mounting a lift gate on a structure is provided, the lift gate having a lift platform supported between a pair of spaced support columns. The mounting system comprises a first mounting member configured for attachment onto said structure, wherein the first mounting member includes a support protrusion for engaging an opening in a wall of a corresponding lift gate support column. The mounting system further comprises a second mounting member configured for attachment onto said structure, wherein the second mounting member includes a support protrusion for engaging an opening in a wall of a corresponding lift gate support column. When the mounting members are attached to the structure and the corresponding lift gate support columns are mounted on the support protrusions, the mounting members support the lift gate on the structure.
GRIPPER FOR GRIPPING, MOVING AND DEPOSITING A PALLET
The present invention concerns a gripper for gripping, moving, orienting, and depositing a pallet. The gripper includes a gripping means for gripping the pallet at the longitudinal side members of a pallet. The gripper is suitable for being hinged to an automated manipulator moving along a support structure, thus making it possible to move, orient, and deposit a pallet in a loading position on the support structure or in an unloading position, for example, on the ground.
LOCKING ASSEMBLY FOR LOCKING AND UNLOCKING A PALLET ON A SUPPORT STRUCTURE
The present invention concerns a device for locking/unlocking a pallet on a support structure in a predefined position, including activation means for activating and deactivating the locking of the pallet. The activation means includes studs that are movable and retractable, mounted sliding in side members on each lateral side of the pallet, the studs being capable of engaging in housings provided in the support structure; drive members mounted in the side members of the pallet to move the studs between a retracted position corresponding to unlocking and a laterally protruding position on the side members corresponding to locking; and removable actuation means suitable for being disposed on or in the pallet, in a position in which they mechanically engage with the drive members in order to control the movement of the studs.
