Trailer System
A trailer system includes a chassis defining an axis and having a first section and a second section removably attached to the first section. A wheel assembly is attached to the first section that includes a single wheel and a lift mechanism arranged to raise and lower the chassis relative to the single wheel.
Sliding loading lifting system and method of use
The present invention relates to a motorized device that can be operated by one person to load or unload a platform containing cargo or a wheel chock attached to a motorcycle or multi-wheeled vehicle, or bins and containers holding cargo. The device taught herein is employed to lift or move the cargo to the level of the truck bed or storage area and move into the storage or travel to a second position. Also disclosed is a sliding ramp apparatus for moving cargo to a higher level or lower level or movement on the same plane or level using incline, horizontal or vertical movement. When mounted on a platform or motorized vehicle, any cargo: machinery, motorcycle, containers, palettes, drums, supplies, etc. can be loaded or unloaded in or on a vehicle or platform in a lifting or lowering manner. When mounted on any surface, any cargo (worktables, machinery, crates, containers, pallets, drums, supplies, boats, etc.) can be moved horizontally and/or vertically for access or convenient height, human contact or manipulation of cargo or process in manufacture.
Mower
The present invention is directed to a lawn mower and more particularly to a system and method of charging a variety of batteries of the lawn mower including connecting the lawn mower to a towing vehicle, either directly or by placing the lawn mower on a trailer, towing the lawn mower, generating electricity upon towing the lawn mower utilizing a generator mechanically coupled to the lawn mower wheels or the wheels of the trailer. The generator converts the mechanical energy into electrical energy. The generator is electrically coupled to first type of battery and a second type of battery that is connected to the lawn mower and/or a first type of battery and a second type of battery that is connected to a charging station on the trailer. The system also includes a charging circuit for each of the first type of battery and the second type of battery.
Motorcycle fork for a lifting device
A motorcycle fork for a lifting device includes an attachment member and a lift carriage. The attachment member includes a first hook plate, a second hook plate, a lower cross member and an upper cross member. The lower cross member is attached between the first and second hook plates. The upper cross member is attached between the first and second hook plates. The lift carriage includes a first side support, a floor plate and a second side support. The side support preferably includes a lift base portion and a tapered extension. A notch and slot are cut in the first and second lift base portions to receive the upper and lower cross beams. A first edge of the floor plate is attached to a bottom of the first side support and a second edge of the floor plate is attached to a bottom of the second side support.
Trailer system
A trailer system includes a chassis defining an axis and having a first section and a second section removably attached to the first section. A wheel assembly is attached to the first section that includes a single wheel and a lift mechanism arranged to raise and lower the chassis relative to the single wheel. A twist compensation mechanism is attached to the chassis and arranged to rotate at least one of the first section and second section about the axis.
Hub and suspension assembly for tow dolly and car hauler trailer with drop-down capability
A hub and suspension assembly for tow dolly and car hauler trailer with drop-down capability comprises: a suspension tower, a screw, a chuck, a lug member, an upper threaded block, a spring, a lower non-threaded block, an axle, and a hub. The tow dolly comprises: a plurality of frame members, a first and a second hub and suspension assembly for tow dolly and car hauler trailer with drop-down capability, and a first and a second wheel and tire assembly. Car hauler trailer comprises: a plurality of frame members; a first, second, third, and fourth hub and suspension assembly for a tow dolly and a car hauler trailer with drop-down capability; and a first, second, third, and fourth wheel and tire assembly.
Loading device
A device that may be mounted on a bed of a pickup truck to enable smaller vehicles, such as motorcycles, snowmobiles, or all-terrain vehicles to enter from the ground level upon a platform of the loading device. This is accomplished by the loading device having a ramp that can be pulled outwardly or rearwardly from said device, and a motorcycle can drive up the ramp to the platform. A dolly slide is pulled outwardly from the device, and extends above the tailgate. The ramp then extends downwardly from the dolly slide, so that no weight or load is displaced on the tailgate.
Trailer with tilt system
A trailer including an axle assembly which travels horizontally beneath the trailer, transforming the trailer from a transport position to a loading position. The axle assembly is connected to a tail rod which connects with a tail ramp located at the rear of the trailer. As the axle assembly travels forward, the tail rod is removed from the tail ramp, causing the ramp to tilt down towards the ground away from the trailer bed, allowing a vehicle to be driven up over the ramp and onto the bed of the trailer. A hitch assembly allows the hitch to move in relation to the trailer, preventing damage to a towing vehicle.
WINCH MECHANISM FOR A CARRIER TRUCK
A winch assembly includes a first bracket configured to be positioned at a first lateral side of a vehicle, a second bracket configured to be positioned at a second lateral side of the vehicle, a first actuator and a second actuator configured to be coupled to a winch free spool device, a first bushing coupled to the first actuator, a second bushing coupled to the second actuator, and a lever arm coupled to both the first actuator and the second actuator and configured to interface with the winch free spool device. The first actuator and the second actuator are moveable to position the first bushing into engagement with the first bracket or position the second bushing into engagement with the second bracket to selectively lock the winch free spool device in an engaged position.
Remote control for scooter lift
A scooter lift having a wireless remote control that only signals the lift to raise or lower a platform when the remote control is positioned behind the automobile. The remote control only transmit signals if it has a clear line of sight with a transmitter eye located on the back of the control box for the scooter lift. An accelerometer prevents lowering of the platform when it detects motion.
