Cargo van rear door warning light and illumination system
An illuminations system placed on a rear cargo van door providing auxiliary lighting to improve safety. Light modules are attached to the rear cargo van doors so that when the doors are opened an amber warning light is illuminated along the edge of the open cargo van door pointing rearward. A task light preferably is incorporated in the light modules to provide downward task lighting. The lighting modules are attached adjacent edges of the rear cargo van doors without permanent modification to the cargo van.
MOUNT FOR INVERTED LIGHT
A mount for inverted light has a back, two spaced apart feet beneath the back, two tabs outwardly from the back, each tab having two pieces, an arcuate shroud opposite the back and an adjustment mechanism for the tabs. Opposite the back, the feet and tabs have a low friction surface limiting engagement of the mount with door glass. The adjustment mechanism includes knobs turning rack pinion gearing and knobs ratcheting one piece of a tab outwardly from the other. Beneath the shroud, the mount has two rests that receive a light attached to them aimed downward from the shroud. The mount has an elongated form for a generally centered position along the width of a door's window.
Sealing means, base assembly with such a sealing means and rear view device with such a base assembly
A sealing means of a pivot joint system between a base assembly and a head assembly of a rear view device, including a two-component pivot seal including a hard component including at least one of one or more attachment and holding means for at least one of attachment of the sealing means to the base assembly and holding at least one cable, and a soft component. A base assembly and a rearview device are also described.
Method and apparatus for a signal indicator light
A lighting module is shown and described having a housing with an opening therethrough. A forward portion of the opening may be enclosed by a cap and a rearward portion of the opening may be enclosed by a transparent media. A second media may extend from the opening through a wall of the housing. The cap may be securable to a bar via a mounting apparatus. A PCBA with one or more operational groups of LEDs may be secured within the opening, such that light may be emitted through the media. A second PCBA with one or more operational groups of LEDs may be secured within the opening, such that light may be emitted through the second media. Each operational group may be integrated with a control system of a vehicle, and may be operated individually or collectively. Each operational group may correspond to similar or different colors of light.
CAR TOP HAT DEVICE
A removable hat device for a motor vehicle roof is disclosed, having a base housing, a tubular guide, a hat cover body, a hat base, a central cylindrical support column, and an elongated bolt. The base housing includes plurality of rubber coated magnetic feet adapted to removably magnetically adhere to the roof of the motor vehicle. The base housing further includes an upstanding cylindrical sleeve. The tubular guide is fixed to the base housing. The hat cover body is attached to the base housing via a circular ring shaped platform having a plurality of spokes extruding from the central cylindrical support column. The central cylindrical support column is telescopically received in the upstanding hollow cylindrical sleeve of the base housing. The elongated bolt removably extends through the tubular guide, the hat cover body, the upstanding cylindrical sleeve, and locks at the central cylindrical support column.
Work vehicle
The purpose of the present invention is to improve visibility of a status display unit while simplifying the installation of the status display unit and preventing damage to the status display unit. The present invention comprises: a work vehicle body capable of traveling automatically; a status detection unit that detects the status of the work vehicle body; and status display units that show a status display according to the status of the work vehicle body detected by the status detection unit. At least one pair of status display units are arranged diagonally across the work vehicle body in plan view.
Attachable and detachable light assembly for an electric powered personal transport vehicle
Embodiments of the present disclosure include a wireless remote control or remote control application for controlling the lighting of an electronic personal transportation vehicle. Embodiments can solve problems related to sharing electronic personal transportation vehicles by uniquely identifying a user, and allowing that user to control the lighting of the electronic personal transportation vehicle. In this manner, other users can control the lighting at different times, depending on the specific person that is using the electronic personal transportation vehicle at any given time.
Multi-section LED light bar with driver
A lighting assembly for use with a vehicle includes a light bar having a one or more circuit boards positioned within one or more housings wherein each circuit board includes light emitting diodes (LEDs) mounted to a surface thereof. The light bar may be divided into portions wherein each portion has its own housing. The light bar is operationally connected to an electronic control unit (ECU), wherein the ECU controls operation of the light bar and its components. The ECU is operationally connected to an electrical system of the vehicle such that the ECU can receive signals, commands, and/or information from the vehicle. The ECU is adapted to control the light bar, including illumination of LEDs thereon, based on the signals, commands, and/or information from the vehicle. The ECU is further adapted to emit and/or control audio output based on the signals, commands, and/or information from the vehicle.
Vehicular exterior rearview mirror assembly with illumination module
A vehicular exterior rearview mirror assembly includes a mirror reflective element and an illumination module that includes an illumination source and a freeformed lens optic. When the illumination source is operated to emit light, emitted light passes through the freeformed lens optic. The freeformed lens optic is configured such that, with the vehicular exterior rearview mirror assembly mounted at a side of a vehicle, light emitted by the illumination source that passes through the freeformed lens optic provides ground lighting that illuminates a ground region located at the side of the equipped vehicle. The ground lighting includes (a) ground illumination of the illuminated ground region and (b) within the ground illumination of the illuminated ground region, a logo formed by the freeformed lens optic. The logo formed by the freeformed lens optic has a light intensity greater than any light intensity of the ground illumination of the illuminated ground region.
