The folding exercise rack system generally includes an exercise rack that is both adjustable with respect to the wall and foldable between extended and retracted positions. The exercise rack generally includes a pair of inner support members which are adjustably connected to the wall, and a pair of outer support members which are adjustable between an extended position and a retracted (e.g., folded) position. In the extended position, the outer support members are distally spaced away from the inner support members and wall. In the retracted position, the outer support members are positioned adjacent to the wall.

PORTABLE MODULAR TRAINING SYSTEM

Portable modular training systems are described herein. In one aspect, a system includes a system container including a container front, a container rear, a container first side, a container second side, a container bottom, and a container top, an exercise structure including: at least one platform connector including: a mounting plate coupled to the system container; a first member coupled to the mounting plate and extending away from the mounting plate at a downward angle relative to the mounting plate; a second member coupled to the first member and the mounting plate and extending away from the mounting plate at an upward angle relative to the mounting plate; and a support arm coupled to the first member and the second member and extending perpendicularly away from the mounting plate; where the exercise structure is wholly supported by the system container when the exercise structure is securely associated system container.

The present disclosure is directed to climbing units that provide an enhanced play experience through the incorporation of any of a variety of elements including nets, suspended portions, and coupling elements, and to playground structures that contain those climbing units. In some embodiments, the climber unit may comprise one or more rigid portions and one or more net-containing portions connected end-to-end to produce a continuous climbing pathway. In other embodiments, the climber unit may comprise one or more rigid portions and one or more suspended portions connected end-to-end to produce a continuous climbing pathway. The suspended portion may be attached to adjacent rigid portions by flexible couplers, such that the suspended portion will move when a child climbs through it. In other embodiments, the climber unit may be mounted to an elevated playground structure such that there are no footers connecting the climber unit to the ground.

A weightlifting exercising system includes a frame having a pair of columns. A pair of lifting assemblies is provided and each of the columns has one of the lifting assemblies mounted thereon. The lifting assemblies each include a mount and an axle extending through the mount and rotational relative to the mount. A first arm is fixedly attached to the axle. A second arm is rotationally coupled to the axle. A lift angle is defined between the first and second arms and is alterable from 0° to 180°. A locking member releasably locks the second arm with respect to the axle such that the lift angle is releasably retained. One of the first and second arms has a handle attached thereto and the other of the first and second arms has a weight receiver attached thereto. One or more weight plates is removably positionable on the weight receiver.

MULTI-FUNCTION EXERCISE MACHINES WITH MECHANICAL PUSH AND PULL RESISTANCE
20220266083 · 2022-08-25 · ·

Exercise machines having a user support and at least one user engagement actuator assembly wherein motion of the at least one user engagement actuator assemblies is resisted in both the push and pull directions by the resisted rotation of a one-direction flywheel that is operatively engaged with a braking mechanism. The resistance of the push direction can be less, greater, or equal to the resistance of the pull direction. Each user engagement actuator assembly can be configured to create various unique push and pull exercise stations. Multiple exercise stations can be mounted on each machine that can be operated independently or concurrently.

FREE WEIGHT HARNESS SYSTEM
20220296954 · 2022-09-22 ·

A support assembly and exercise system provides safe and unconstrained movement of free weights within a movement zone encompassing normal travel of the free weights during exercise. The system allows safe user engagement and disengagement with the free weights while continually tethered against uncontrolled and possibly harmful movement. The support assembly is defined by a generally free-standing frame with rigid uprights for supporting takeoff and landing zones for the free weights, as well as tether attachments for movably supporting the free weights through the movement zone. A support member has a pivotal attachment to the upright frame for suspending the free weights against an uncontrolled release or fall. Launch and landing platforms attach to the upright frame for ideal positioning of the free weights prior to and following a usage session (workout).

Exercise apparatus having a stair and slide assembly

A stair and slide assembly includes a stair portion including a plurality of stairs, a slide portion including a slide with an entrance and an exit, and an assist bar positioned proximate the exit of the slide to assist a user with pivoting from the exit of the slide to the stair portion. The slide has a first portion extending substantially linearly from the entrance of the slide at an angle and a second portion extending from the first portion to the exit of the slide. The second portion transitions the slide from the angle of the first portion to substantially horizontal. The exit of the slide is configured to be positioned at a target height above a ground surface. The target height is between about 18 inches and about 30 inches.
