LIGHTING SYSTEM AND SENSOR SYSTEM
A light source (14) is configured to emit light for lighting a predetermined area. A LiDAR sensor (15) is configured to sense information of an outside of a vehicle. A first screw mechanism (16) is configured to adjust posture of the light source (14). A second screw mechanism (17) is configured to adjust posture of the LiDAR sensor (15). Adjustment by one of the first screw mechanism (16) and the second screw mechanism (17) is performed on the basis of adjustment that has been performed by the other one of the first screw mechanism (16) and the second screw mechanism (17).
Headlamp with a mechanical coupling unit coupling the low beam light unit to the high beam light unit
A headlamp for a vehicle comprising a housing, a low beam light unit and at least one high beam light unit. Both the low and high beam light units are received in the housing, along with a headlight range adjusting unit for adjusting the range of the low beam by tilting the low beam light unit about a low beam tilting axis. The headlamp comprises a mechanical coupling unit coupling the low beam light unit to the high beam light unit such that the high beam light unit is tilted about a high beam tilting axis simultaneously with the low beam light unit being tilted about the low beam tilting axis. The mechanical coupling unit comprises a coupling element, a first coupling link and a second coupling link. The first coupling link is arranged between the low beam light unit and the coupling element and the second coupling link is arranged between the high beam light unit and the coupling element.

Adjustment system for vehicle lamp
Disclosed is a system enabling micro-adjustments in headlamps having upper and lower modules. A link exists between the upper and lower modules, the length of the link is made to be adjustable. The lower module is located on a pivot so that adjustments made to the length of the link result in a desired lighting pattern.
Adjustable lighting apparatus for use with vehicles
Adjustable lighting apparatus for use with vehicles are disclosed. A disclosed apparatus includes a vehicle lighting assembly. The vehicle lighting assembly includes a plurality of optical systems each configured to output respective light beams. The vehicle lighting assembly also includes a primary adjustment part movable along a first axis. The vehicle lighting assembly also includes a plurality of levers each operatively coupled to (a) the primary adjustment part and (b) a respective one of the optical systems. The vehicle lighting assembly also includes a plurality of lever pivot points corresponding to respective ones of the plurality of levers. Movement of the adjustment part along the first axis results in cooperative movement of the plurality of optical systems.
Rotary lighting module
A lighting module for a motor vehicle including at least one light source designed to emit light rays, optical deviation elements mounted movably in rotation about a first axis of rotation and arranged so as to deviate the light rays to form a light beam, and an actuator designed to rotate the optical element. According to the invention, the module is also designed to be movable in rotation about a second of rotation.
Vehicle headlight with separable pivoting lever
A headlight for vehicles, in particular trucks, comprising a lighting unit which is pivotably mounted about a pivot axis; a linear drive unit which contains a linearly movable actuator; and a pivoting lever which is coupled to a lighting unit at a first end and to the actuator at a second end, wherein the lighting unit is pivotable by means of the actuator. The pivoting lever is designed in multiple parts, comprising a lower pivoting lever element having a support part for supporting on the actuator and an upper pivoting lever element on which a horizontal axis is arranged, the pivoting lever being pivotably mounted about said axis.
Headlight module and headlight
A headlight module includes: a light source that emits light; a projection lens that receives and emits the light; a holder including a flexible portion having a length in a direction of an optical axis of the lens and having a fixed end and a movable end, the holder holding the lens movably relative to the light source by holding the lens with the movable end; and a driver that moves the lens. The lens is translated on a plane perpendicular to the axis due to deflection of the flexible portion. The holder includes first and second flexible portions including plate-like portions parallel to the axis and perpendicular to each other. One end of the first flexible portion is the fixed end. Another end of the first flexible portion is connected to one end of the second flexible portion. Another end of the second flexible portion is the movable end.
Adjustment system for optical assemblies designed especially for motor vehicle headlights
The adjustment system comprises at least one pair of adjustment apparatuses. For each optical assembly, one adjustment apparatus is adapted to turn the optical assembly around the turning axis (; ) independently of the other optical assembly. The adjustment system further comprises an additional adjustment apparatus connected to a first adjustment apparatus and adapted to transfer its movement to the movement of this adjustment apparatus; and a connecting member connected to the additional adjustment apparatus and to a second adjustment apparatus at the same time, and adapted to transfer the movement of the additional adjustment apparatus to the movement of the second adjustment apparatus (. If the additional adjustment apparatus is connected to the first adjustment apparatus and the connecting member is connected between the additional adjustment apparatus and the second adjustment apparatus, turning movement of one optical assembly will automatically induce a turning movement of the other optical assembly.
Headlight for a motor vehicle
A headlight for a motor vehicle having a first light module, which is received in a first support frame, and at least one second light module, which is received in a second support frame. A headlight range adjustment device has an adjustment element, which extends between the headlight range adjustment device and the first support frame in an adjustment axis. The adjustment element has a ball head, which is accommodated by a ball head receptacle on the first support frame. A joint piece with a ball socket is arranged on the first support frame, wherein in the ball socket, a ball head of a coupling element is received. An arrangement of the joint piece is formed on a first support frame, and the adjustment axis of the adjustment element runs in its extension through the ball head of the coupling element.
