FOOT EXERCISE APPARATUS
The device is a foot power apparatus which provides a means for therapeutically strengthening the foot using an expansion spring mounted pedal suspended within a support frame assembly. One embodiment of the apparatus comprises which base, which generally resembles the sole of a shoe, and a support frame assembly which is attached at the front end and along the sides of said base. Suspended above the base within the frame assembly by a pair of opposing springs is a pedal transversely positioned to the base. With the user's foot positioned on the base, the front of the foot applies downward pressure to expand the springs while the heel of the foot remains stationary. Removable and interchangeable expansion springs provide customized and more accurate biomechanical motion for the needs of the particular patient. This system allows for the proper flexion biomechanics on an individual basis because of its ability to shorten the foot during the flexion process.
FLAT RESISTANCE BAND WITH RELEASABLE CONNECTIBLE ENDS FOR CREATING A RELEASABLE FLAT LOOP RESISTANCE BAND
A flat resistance band with releasable connectible ends for creating a releasable flat loop resistance band includes a flat flexible band, a first connector and a second connector. The flat flexible band has a length and a rectangular cross-section with a width and a thickness. The first connector is on a first end portion of the flat flexible band. The second connector is on a second end portion of the flat flexible band. Wherein, the first connector is configured to releasably connect with the second connector thereby creating a releasable connection between the first end portion of the flat flexible band and the second end portion of the flat flexible band. Whereby, when the releasable connection is formed between the first connector and the second connector, a releasable flat loop resistance band is created.
Apparatus and Methods to Assist in Proper Footwork and Training
Devices and methods are provided for use in athletic training. The devices can be used to maintain appropriate distance between feet and or knees during athletic training. Additionally, the devices can be used in physical therapy for injury and surgery recovery; rehab as a result of stroke or other acute injury or illness; and/or geriatric usage for strengthening muscles, balance or coordination to improve mobility or balance and general health.
MULTIFUNCTIONAL RECUMBENT EXERCISING DEVICE
A multifunctional recumbent exercising device is disclosed, including a base frame, a first transmission unit, a first retracting unit, a resistance unit, a first guiding piece and a first movable seat. By changing a relative position between the first movable seat and the first guiding piece, the position of a first slide-assistance portion of the first movable seat on the base frame can be changed. The multifunctional recumbent exercising device allows an operator to apply force to a first side or a second side of the base frame, in order to select various kinds of training modes.
Pushup exercise device
A pushup exercise device for various pushup exercises in the prone position on a platform with added resistance is provided. In an embodiment, the device includes a base platform in mechanical communication with a graspable member having a graspable portion. Furthermore, an attachment component is in mechanical communication with the graspable member. Additionally, an unobstructed passage provides a route through which a cable can be attached to the attachment component. In such embodiments, the user is allowed to perform exercises with the pushup exercise device by grasping the graspable portion of the graspable member.
Exercise device
An exercise device having a unique asymmetrical shape with rounded ends of differing radii to provide stability and added resistance.
Maximum Push-up Exercise Machine
One embodiment of a maximum push-up exercise machine (100) for various push-up exercises with added resistance having a cable-pulley weight stack system housing (102) with a cable-pulley weight stack system (104) that is welded, bolted, or connected in any manner to a platform (108). The configuration of the cable-pulley weight stack system may be in any manner such that a cable thimble (110) is positioned substantially midpoint of the platform. The cable thimble is configured to receive a snap link hook suspended from a belt or harness worn by a user or a cable connector from a single cable handle attachment or push-up bar.
DUMBBELL
A dumbbell with a selectable number of weight disks includes a handle with pins projectable in opposing directions, a base assembly for accommodating two sets of weight disks standing upright, and having through-going openings. Neighbouring weight disks have mutually cooperating connecting arrangements which axially interconnect the weight disks but which permit radial separation. The projection lengths of the pins are stepwise selectable in order thereby to permit selection of the number of weight disks carried on the handle. The handle has, in opposing ends, connecting arrangements for interconnecting with the connecting arrangements of the innermost weight disks in the base assembly. Further, the space between the connecting arrangements of the handle is free through 360? about the handle throughout its entire length, the openings of the weight disks being centrally located.
Infinitely adjustable training mask with an air filter and a drinking device
An infinitely adjustable training mask for simulating the increased breathing resistance level at higher altitudes including an air-impermeable mask body covering the nose and mouth of the wearer, an infinitely adjustable inhalation resistance assembly extended through the mask body, a replaceable particulate air filter to provide respiratory protection when the wearer inhales, and a drinking device for hydration and consumption of foods. The inhalation resistance assembly contains a stationary aperture component and a rotating dial aperture component for adjusting the sizes of the overlapping inhalation adjustment apertures to achieve the desired breathing resistance level. Upon exhalation of the wearer, the exhaled air is discharged through a flexible one-way check valve controlled exhalation channel. A replaceable particulate air filter which can be easily placed inside or removed from the internal cavity of the infinitely adjustable inhalation resistance assembly helps to reduce inhalation exposures to airborne particles during outdoor training sessions. The drinking device enables the wearer to conveniently hydrate or consume foods without taking the mask off, thus allowing maximum amount of wear time to improve training efficiency. A strap is connected to the mask body to be positioned about the head of a wearer to securely maintain the mask during training.
SPORT TRAINING MACHINE
A sport training machine including a machine base and at least one handle is disclosed. Wherein, the at least one handle is pivotally connected to the machine base; the at least one handle is pivotable between a first position and a second position, and the at least one handle has a grip for a user to hold; when the at least one handle is moved from the first position to the second position, a displacement of the grip in a first direction X is X, and a displacement of the grip in a second direction Y perpendicular to the first direction X is Y, which satisfies the following condition: X<Y. With the above design, it enables the user to perform upper limb stretching exercise or training sports.
