Exercise Device for Alternating Movement of Arms and Legs
An exercise device for alternating movement of arms and legs by which users perform alternating active exercises and passive exercises repetitively is revealed. The exercise device includes a base, a hand driving member, and a leg driving member. Both the hand and leg driving member are pivotally connected to the base while the leg driving member is arranged under the hand driving member. One end of the hand driving member and one end of the leg driving member are configured to be pivotally rotated on the base. The hand and leg driving members are pivotally connected by a linkage. By the pivotal connections of the above parts, the hand and leg driving members are linked and moved with each other so as to lift up or press down arms and legs for stretching. The stretching of arms and legs also generates pressure on the abdomen of the user to exercise his or her abdomen.

The apparatus has an optional, releasably closable pocket between the layers for securing and carrying accessories, such as attachable handles and elastic bands. The apparatus and methods of use provide the user with balanced loading options and the flexibility to exercise anywhere.
Portable exercise apparatus
A portable exercise device that allows a user to train the muscles in both the upper and lower body while offering a user to choose among varying amounts of resistance. The portable exercise device also allows a user to pack the entire exercise device into a compact unit that is convenient for transporting or traveling. The portable exercise device is composed of a platform, a hinged body, a base, rods, cables, and a series of handle assemblies to provide the user with the ability to perform a variety of exercises.
Folding Exercise Chair for Resistance Training
A folding exercise chair for resistance training has a collapsible chair frame, a pair of resistance mechanisms, and a padded cross-brace. The collapsible chair frame has a seat and a height-adjustable backing. The height adjustable backing is an assembly that enables a user to modify the height of the collapsible chair frame's backrest. The padded cross-brace is connected offset from the seat and across the collapsible chair frame to support the user's back and add comfort while the user is exercising. Each of the pair of resistance mechanisms is a device used to facilitate resistance training exercises. To that end, each of the pair of resistance mechanisms is positioned on either side of the collapsible chair frame.

Low friction rehabilitation board with an integral band retaining feature and methods of rehabilitation
A low friction rehabilitation board having an integral band retaining feature is described. The rehabilitation board may have a coefficient of static friction of no more than about 0.5 and in some embodiments no more than about 0.06. The rehabilitation board has a plurality of band retaining feature configured along one or both ends and may be an integral band retaining features being formed in the board. Additionally, the rehabilitation may include one or more band retaining features on one or both sides of the board. The unique configuration of the band retaining features enables rehabilitation method heretofore not possible with a single board. Resistance bands may be retained in the band retaining features and coupled to a user's limb, such as a foot or ankle, to resist motion, such as sliding or extending the foot along the low friction surface of the rehabilitation board.
