Entertainment system mountable in a vehicle and methods for mounting and displaying same
A media system for a vehicle comprises a housing mounted to an overhead portion of the vehicle, and a media unit that is capable of being coupled to the housing, wherein the housing includes a receiving portion that pivots with respect to the housing and receives the media unit in the receiving portion.
SYSTEM AND PROCESS FOR VIEWING IN BLIND SPOTS
There is disclosed a viewing system coupled to a motor vehicle having a frame having a roof, at least one support, and a body with the at least one support supporting the roof over the body. The system can comprise at least one camera, at least one screen coupled to the support. In addition each camera is coupled to the at least one support and wherein said at least one screen is in communication with the first set of cameras, wherein said at least one screen displays images presented by the first set of cameras. This device can provide additional view in the blind spot of the vehicle.
CAMERA ARRAY SYSTEM AND METHOD TO DETECT A LOAD STATUS OF A SEMI-TRAILER TRUCK
Disclosed are a method, a device and/or a system of utilizing a camera array system to detect a load status of a semi-trailer truck. A sensor array is affixed to a surface of a trailer of the semi-trailer truck to automatically determine whether a cargo area of the semi-trailer truck is occupied. A set of cameras of the sensor array have each camera embedded in individual recesses of the sensor array. The cargo area is illuminated using at least one light source of the sensor array. A memory and a processor associated with the sensor array are configured to store one baseline image of the cargo area of the trailer in an empty state. The processor is configured to detect a triggering event. The processor determines a cargo status based upon a difference between the current image and the baseline image, and sends the cargo status to a dispatcher.
CHARGING CONNECTION DEVICE FOR A MOTOR VEHICLE AND MOTOR VEHICLE HAVING A CHARGING CONNECTION DEVICE
A charging connection device for a motor vehicle, at least one electromotor designed for driving the motor vehicle, including a charging cable, at its first end with a power supply plug for a household power supply socket and be connected with its second end at least indirectly to a battery of the motor vehicle; a storage compartment, in which the charging cable is received; a charging socket, which can be connected at least indirectly with the battery of the motor vehicle, and into which can be inserted a charging plug of a charging column; wherein the storage compartment includes the charging socket.
ATTACHMENT MEMBER AND VEHICLE
An attachment member is configured to support an electric component to which a harness is connected, and be attached to a wall portion of a vehicle interior. The member includes a base portion to which the electric component is fixed, a first engaging portion and a second engaging portion each standing on the base portion and configured to engage with the wall portion. Each of the first and second engaging portions includes a proximal-side end portion on a side of the base portion, and a distal end-side end portion opposite to the proximal-side end portion. The first and second engaging portions are arranged so as to sandwich a harness connecting portion of the electric component. The attachment member further includes a coupling portion configured to couple the distal end-side end portions of the first and second engaging portions.
ELECTRONIC DEVICE FOR VEHICLE AND METHOD OF OPERATING ELECTRONIC DEVICE FOR VEHICLE
Disclosed is an electronic device for a vehicle, including a processor receiving first image data from a first camera, receiving second image data from a second camera, receiving first sensing data from a first lidar, generating a depth image based on the first image data and the second image data, and fusing the first sensing data for each of divided regions in the depth image.
DRIVER MONITORING SYSTEM USING CAMERA WITH ADJUSTABLE MIRROR
A vehicular driver monitoring system includes a camera disposed within a vehicle and having a field of view interior of the vehicle, and an adjustable mirror disposed within the vehicle. The adjustable mirror includes a mirror reflector that reflects light incident thereat. The camera views the adjustable mirror and captures image data based on light reflected by the mirror reflector of the adjustable mirror toward the camera. With a driver of the vehicle sitting in a driver seat of the vehicle, light reflected off a portion of the driver is reflected by the mirror reflector of the adjustable mirror toward the camera. An electronic control unit (ECU), responsive to processing by an image processor of image data captured by the camera, adjusts the adjustable mirror to reflect the portion of the driver toward a region of the lens of the camera.
Passenger support system
A passenger support system includes a speaker, cameras, a vibrator, a seat switch, and a control device. The control device issues destination approach information by the speaker before the vehicle arrives at the destination based on results from comparing the current location information of the vehicle with the destination information of passenger. After issuing the destination approach information, the control device identifies the seat position based on the images captured by the cameras and performs awakening action by the vibrator at the seat corresponding to the specified seat position. The control device stops the awakening action by the vibrator when a stop operation is received from the seat switch.
Automatic vehicular sanitizer dispenser
The automatic vehicular sanitizer dispenser dispenses a hand sanitizer automatically. By automatically is meant that a touchless interface controls the dispensing of the hand sanitizer. The automatic vehicular sanitizer dispenser includes a vehicle, the reservoir and the control circuit. The reservoir contains the hand sanitizer. The control circuit controls and powers the operation of the automatic vehicular sanitizer dispenser and the dispensing of the hand sanitizer. The control circuit attaches to the reservoir to form a single structure. The formed single structure integrally mounts into the vehicle.
Vehicle refrigerator
A vehicle refrigerator is disclosed. The vehicle refrigerator may include a body, a refrigerating system and a driving system. The refrigerating system and the driving system are both arranged in the body. The body is removable in a trunk of a vehicle. The driving system is used for driving the refrigerating system to operate normally, and may include an igniter and an air source. The igniter is connected with the air source. The refrigerating system is used for cooling an inner cavity of the body and is provided with a working medium capable of changing gas and liquid.
