DISPLAY APPARATUS FOR VEHICLE
A display apparatus for a vehicle is disclosed. The display apparatus includes a first display and a second display located in a vehicle; a signal processing device including a processor configured to perform signal processing for the first display and the second display; a third display located in the vehicle; and a second signal processing device including a second processor configured to perform signal processing for a third display, wherein, in case in which data is transmitted from the signal processing device to the second signal processing device, a data transmission method is changed based on the type of data. Consequently, transmission efficiency may increase in case in which data is transmitted between a plurality of signal processing devices in a vehicle.
Car multimedia device with function for automatically switching between internal device control mode and external device control mode and car multimedia device control method
The invention provides a car multimedia device for automatically switching between an internal device control mode and an external device control mode, comprising a first connection port, a second connection port and a control module for being connected to the first connection port and the second connection port. The control module scans the second connection port to determine whether the second connection port is connected to an external electronic device. When the second connection port fails to be connected to the external electronic device, the control module performs the internal device control mode to control the car display via a car host. When the second connection port is connected to the external electronic device, the control module transmits a master control information of the external electronic device to the car display such that the external electronic device controls the car display via the control module for rapidly automatically switching.
Method for operating an anti-theft apparatus of a motor vehicle, and a motor vehicle having a mobile terminal as the vehicle key
The invention relates to a method for operating an anti-theft system of a motor vehicle, comprising a communication system for near field communication and a storage device within a transmission and reception zone of the communication system. The mobile terminal is deposited in a control area in the interior compartment of the motor vehicle, the control area being located outside the transmission and reception zone. The deposited mobile terminal is connected to the communication system by a connecting device, which may, e.g., take the form of a cable, and a wired data communication connection is established. A control unit detects whether the data communication connection has been established with the mobile terminal by the connecting device and detects whether the mobile terminal is authorised to operate the anti-theft system, and depending on whether the authorisation has been detected, activates and/or deactivates a function of the anti-theft system.
Vehicle Mobile Phone Holder
The disclosure provides a vehicle mobile phone holder, including a base, a surface cover, a hinge member making a clamp force between the base and the surface cover, and a wireless charging component; when the surface cover is rotated to have an included angle with the base, certain clamp force is formed between the surface cover and the base to clamp a mobile phone in between the surface cover and the base. The wireless charging component has one end in rotatable connection with the base, and a rotation axis of the wireless charging component is parallel to an axis of the hinge member. According to the disclosure, the base of the vehicle mobile phone holder is fixed in a car; when a mobile phone needs to be charged, the mobile phone may be clamped tight between the base and the surface cover.

Media sensing phone mount for a vehicle
In some embodiments, an apparatus may install easily like a simple cell phone holder while facilitating controlling cameras mounted and/or fixed to a vehicle using a cell phone. For example, the system may facilitate installing, monitoring, powering and/or controlling vehicle mounted sensors without having to integrate the system into each particular vehicle. An aspect of some embodiments of the current invention relates to an integrated apparatus for mounting a mobile device and a media sensor on an open and/or two wheeled vehicle and for positioning a media sensor on that vehicle. Optionally, a camera integrated to the mount such that the field of view (FOV) of the camera is preserved over a desired scene even as the position of the mobile device is changed and/or the vehicle performs various maneuvers. In some, embodiments an integrated apparatus may be mounted to a rearview mirror of a vehicle.
Method for mounting and dismounting a telematics unit, telematics unit and module of a vehicle
The invention relates to a method for mounting and dismounting a telematics unit (1) in relation to a vehicle body (101), the telematics unit (1) comprising a telematics box (2) and a holding frame (3), according to which the telematics box (2) is inserted into an opening of the holding frame (3), in a pre-mounting step, and locked to the holding frame (3), and for mounting from the outside, the telematics unit (1) formed from the holding frame (3) and the telematics box (2) is inserted into a recess (102) of the vehicle body (101), adapted to the holding frame (3), and locked to the vehicle body (101). For dismounting out of the interior (106) of the vehicle body (101), the telematics box (2) is unlocked from the holding frame (3) and removed from the holding frame (3) in the interior (106).
