A straddle type vehicle comprising a rear fender arranged on an upper side of a rear wheel, and a monitoring device configured to monitor a traveling environment on the periphery of a vehicle, wherein the monitoring device includes a pair of sensors, the rear fender includes a sensor support member configured to support one of the pair of sensors on a left side of a vehicle body and the other on a right side of the vehicle body, the sensor support member includes a pair of left and right side wall portions, and a bottom wall portion configured to connect the pair of left and right side wall portions, and the pair of sensors are arranged along the pair of left and right side wall portions on the bottom wall portion.
Illuminated vehicle sign
An illuminated vehicle sign comprises a receptacle having an internal cavity with a light reflective internal surface. A cover over an end of the receptacle comprises one or more orifices opening into the internal cavity from an outside of the receptacle. The orifices are dimensioned and/or relatively arranged in accordance with one or more markings or alphanumeric characters. The orifices provide for ingress of air into the internal cavity from the outside of the receptacle and for emission of light from the internal cavity. A vent in the receptacle is positioned relative to the orifices to provide for egress of the air from the internal cavity. A light source is disposed within the receptacle to emit the light through the internal cavity and out of the orifices. An apertured screen is disposed inside of the internal cavity that is spaced apart from the cover.
ELECTRONIC LICENSE PLATE FRAME FOR DISPLAYING STATIC AND NON-STATIC INFORMATION
Systems, apparatus and methods related to electronic vehicle registration and tag displays, specifically a vehicle license plate frame containing multiple low power e-paper type displays configured to replace the stickers used for vehicle registration and parking authorizations as well as provide indication of purchased parking increments and/or allow for display of advertisement or other messages. The system may also allow the display of driver or vehicle specific information such as the user's driver's license number or insurance at the request of a third party authorities such as the police. The system allows for use of a mobile computing device having software connected with the internet to access a server allowing for communication with various registrations authorities including the DMV, municipal parking authorities, and private parking authorities. Displays may be overwritten and changed depending on the location of the vehicle and need to provide display of certain authorizations.

Systems and Methods for Securing License Plates
Improved systems and methods for securing license plates are disclosed herein. In the preferred embodiments discussed, the systems and methods are applied to the securing of dealer license plates. BUMPER WITH SELECTIVELY ATTACHABLE LIGHT BARS
Provided in this disclosure is a vehicle bumper having a mounting plate extending between first end and second ends and a first mounting flange formed integrally with the first end of the mounting plate. A second mounting flange is formed integrally with the second end of the mounting plate. A first light bar and a second light bar are provided. A first mating mounting flange is formed integrally with the first light bar, and a second mating mounting flange formed integrally with the second light bar. The mounting plate has a planar mounting surface. The first mating mounting flange is configured for detachable engagement with the first mounting flange. The second mating mounting flange is configured for detachable engagement with the second mounting flange.
Car license plate system
In an embodiment, a system comprises a first arm configured at a first position in a vertical direction. The system also comprises a second arm configured at a second position in the vertical direction, wherein the second arm is parallel to the first arm, and configured to hold a display along with the first arm in the vertical direction. The system can also include top connector connected to the first and second arm and configured below the first and second arm. The system can also include a bottom connector configured below the top connector. The bottom connector and top connector provide additional structure support for a v-slot for alignment and positioning to the front portion of the device and enable the first and second arm to securely hold the display at a front end of the device.

A license plate holder includes a base (1200) including a first connector (1205) for attaching the base (1200) to a vehicle, a transmissive substrate (1120) an a frame (1140) defining a central opening (1142) to permit display of indicia on at least one license plate display region (1162) of a license plate (1160) disposed between the base and the frame, the frame (1140) including at least one first rear connector (1600) disposed at a rear or peripheral portion of the frame to removably engage a corresponding at least one second rear connector (1500) disposed on the base (1200). The transmissive substrate (1120) and/or the frame (1140) further defines at least one display region (1146) adjacent the central opening (1142) of the frame (1140) and outside of the at least one license plate display region (1162). The transmissive substrate (1120) is attached to, or is removably attachable to, a front of the frame (1140) to at least substantially cover the front of the frame (1140).
