BASEPLATE ELECTRICAL CONTACTS
An accessory attachment system includes a baseplate that provides an attachment interface on a vehicle. The baseplate is configured to engage with an accessory to secure the accessory to the vehicle. The baseplate and the accessory are configured to electrically connect to each other through an electrical contact interface.
TRACTION BATTERY CIRCUIT INTERRUPTER ASSEMBLY AND INTERRUPTION METHOD
A traction battery assembly according to an exemplary aspect of the present disclosure includes a traction battery, an electric machine, an electrical harness assembly, a protrusion adjacent the electrical harness assembly. The protrusion is configured to move from a first position to a second position in response to a loading event. When the protrusion is in the first position, the electric machine is electrically coupled to the traction battery through the electrical harness assembly. When the protrusion is in the second position, the electric machine is electrically decoupled from the traction battery.
Electrical connection arrangement for connecting freely configurable electrical components in a vehicle
The present disclosure relates to an electrical connection arrangement for connecting freely configurable electrical components in a vehicle. The electrical connection arrangement includes a plurality of electrical plug connectors which are connected to each other by a plurality of electrical connection lines of an electrical wiring harness according to a first adjacency criterion, wherein a configuration code according to a second adjacency criterion is assigned to each of the plurality of connectors, where the configuration codes of the connectors indicate a specific configuration of the freely configurable electrical components of the vehicle; and where the plurality of electrical connectors is divided into a plurality of production modules based on a combination of the first adjacency criterion and the second adjacency criterion.
LINE ARRANGEMENT, CONNECTION ARRANGEMENT AND ENERGY TRANSMISSION SYSTEM
A line arrangement comprising an electrical line which has at least one electrical insulator and at least one electrical conductor which runs at least in some sections adjacently to the electrical insulator along a longitudinal axis of the electrical line. The line arrangement additionally has a passive heat dissipator which runs at least in some sections along the longitudinal axis and which has at least one heat-absorbing surface portion and at least one heat-emitting surface portion thermally connected to the heat-absorbing surface portion. The heat-absorbing surface portion is brought towards the electrical conductor at least to such an extent that the heat-absorbing surface portion forms a thermally operative connection to the electrical conductor in order to dissipate waste heat from the electrical conductor to the heat-emitting surface portion.
Wire harness manufacturing system and wire harness manufacturing method
A wire harness manufacturing system includes a conduction inspection device configured to inspect a conductive state at a position of other end of each of a plurality of sub-harnesses in a state that one end of each of the plurality of sub-harnesses is connected to a control box, and an information writing device configured to write terminal information of the plurality of sub-harnesses in a box side storage portion of the control box.
LANDING GEAR STRUCTURE WITH HARNESS
A structural component, or parts thereof, for a machine system or vehicle, such as an aircraft, is provided. In some examples, the structural component includes at least one embedded passageway or line. In other examples, the passageway or line is formed integrally on the exterior surface of the structural component. In some of these examples, the structural component can benefit from additive manufacturing techniques or methodologies.
ANTI-PINCH SENSOR WITH QUICK CONNECT FEATURE AND METHOD OF CONNECTING SAME TO A WIRING HARNESS
A contact sensor and method of construction thereof are provided. The contact sensor has a sensor body extending along an axis between a first end and an opposite second end. The sensor body has an internal cavity extending from the first end to the second. A first conductor extends through the internal cavity between the first end and the second end. A second conductor extends through the internal cavity, in spaced relation from the first conductor, between the first end and the second end. A wire harness is fixed in electrical communication with the first conductor and the second conductor adjacent at least one of the first end and the second end of the sensor body. The first conductor and the second conductor do not extend axially outwardly from the internal cavity beyond the first end and the second end of the sensor body.
BATTERY INSTALLATION STRUCTURE

The battery installation structure is suitable for allowing a battery to be obliquely installed on a front side frame of a vehicle body, and the battery installation structure includes an installation base, a receiving groove, and a supporting portion. The installation base is disposed on the front side frame. The receiving groove is disposed in a middle of the installation base to receive a wiring harness connected to the battery. The supporting portion is disposed at a front end and a rear end of the installation base and forms triangular supporting surfaces at a front and rear of the receiving groove to support the battery.
WIRING MEMBER
A wiring member includes: at least one wiring body including a sheet and a wire-like transmission member fixed to the sheet; and a regulation member including a housing part and a retaining piece and attached to the wiring body. The housing part includes a bottom part and two sidewall parts protruding from the bottom part. The wiring body is housed in the housing part while both end portions along a width direction are bended with respect to an intermediate portion and extend toward a tip end portion of each of the two sidewall parts.
