CORE MUSCLE TRAINING APPARATUS AND METHOD
A core muscle training apparatus and method is described. The apparatus comprises a harness that is worn by the user, to which a pair of resistance leads are connected at opposing sides of the user's waist approximately above the hips. A resistance force is applied through the resistance leads against an effort force exerted by the user in order to stimulate recruitment and activation of the targeted muscles. By adjusting the direction and the amount of resistance force applied to the resistance leads, the demand on the muscles being targeted can be controlled. The core muscle training apparatus according to embodiments of the present disclosure further offers versatility in the environment in which it can be used. The apparatus can be used, for example, when the user is in a static position or can be used during dynamic functional movements.
Method and device for rebuilding core strength in a patient
A method with associated device for exercising core muscles of a patient who must maintain core strength or rebuild it from a very low level. The device has two handles separated by a transmission bar. A first handle is provided for the caregiver to hold, with both hands, and the opposing handle is provided for the patient to hold, again with both hands. The device enables the patient to pull herself from a supine position to a sitting position as the caregiver holds it stationery or, if the patient is lacking strength, to move the device slowly away from the patient. The caregiver can stand close to the bed corners and repeat the process to enable the patient to gain strength in the oblique muscles necessary to initiate rolling on the bed. The device, when used interactively with the patient, encourages the patient and provides feedback to the caregiver regarding the patient's fatigue level.

Full body multidirectional exercise apparatus and method therefor
A multidirectional exercise apparatus is disclosed. The multidirectional exercise apparatus has a center bar and two handles pivotably coupled at opposite ends of the center bar. Each handle may rotate through 360 about the end of the center bar. The apparatus may also have a locking mechanism coupled to each handle, wherein the locking mechanism may lock the handle into place and prevent the handle from rotating about the end of the center bar. The apparatus may also have a rotation bar removably coupled about the center bar that may rotate through 360 about the center bar. The apparatus may be operated by two users simultaneously and may also be adapted for operation by a single user.

KINZI
The present invention discloses an interactive exercising apparatus. The invention describes an exercising apparatus that includes a long rope connected to a rubber ring at one end and to a handle at the other end. The rope also consists of a small plastic two way swivel to connect the rubber ring with the rope and avoid rolling of the rope while the exercising apparatus is being rotated during exercise. The invention is designed for two to forty participants that require a leader and players and is described as a rotating large group jump rope that comes with more than twenty variations. The invention is provided to promote active and healthy lifestyle, to get participants moving, having fun and develop fitness skills.
Portable collaborative exercise device
An exercise device that is simultaneously mutually beneficial for exercising partners with one exercising by providing a continuously changing resistance and resistance-vector while simultaneously the other exercising by providing a continuously adapting (or altering) counteracting force and counteracting force-vector to the continuously changing resistance and resistance vector. In addition, the portable collaborative exercise device in accordance with one or more embodiments enables correct application of resistance between symmetrical set of muscles with unbalanced strengths, and enables immediate ceasing of an exercise routine if the resistance is incorrectly applied.

Fitness device for generating internal opposing muscle resistance
A fitness device tor exercising by creating opposing muscle resistance instead of employing weights, gravity, or elastic bands, contains a flexible, substantially inelastic strap and a plurality of handles positioned on the substantially inelastic strap. Each handle contains a first grip portion, a second grip portion, and an internal rail. Each handle has a non-movable configuration in which the first and second grip portion are engaged with each other to prevent sliding movement of the handle along the length of the substantially inelastic strap. Each handle has a movable configuration in which the first and second grip portion are disengaged to allow sliding movement of the handle along the length of the substantially inelastic strap. In the non-movable configuration, the handle envelops the substantially inelastic strap and the internal rail to frictionally engage the substantially inelastic strap against the internal rail to hold the handle in the non-movable position.
Exercise apparatus and system for stationary users
Exercise equipment, particularly a linear movable structure and associated selectable elastic resistance bands with or without guide track members are designed to allow low-impact exercises for one or two persons at the same time while permitting either or both participants to remain stationary when utilizing the equipment.
