The belt frame includes a support arrangement with a vertical support and a cross strut, and, when the support arrangement is in the arranged state on the vehicle, the vertical support being arranged upright on a floor of the vehicle. The device is present as an elongate profile and wherein the device has mounting members along a longitudinal axis of the profile for the fastening of retaining catches of the passenger restraint system. The mounting members are present spaced apart from one another along the longitudinal axis of the profile.
BUCKLE DEVICE CAPABLE OF DISPLAYING LOCKED STATE
A buckle device capable of displaying a locked state includes a main body unit, a latch unit, a fastening unit, an electromagnetic unit, and a control unit. The main body unit includes a main body and the latch unit includes a detachable tongue element. The fastening unit includes a bolt body interfering with the tongue element. The electromagnetic unit includes an electromagnetic module and an electromagnetic rod. The electromagnetic module controls the electromagnetic rod to interfere with the bolt body. The control unit includes a control module, a display module and a magnetic rod detection module for detecting the position of the electromagnetic rod. The control unit receives detection information of the magnetic bolt detection module and controls the display module to display a current state according to the position of the at least one electromagnetic rod.
VEHICLE SEAT CONNECTOR ASSEMBLY
A vehicle seat connector assembly comprising a first connector coupled to the seat of the vehicle and including a first inductive coil. A second connector is coupled to the vehicle and includes a second inductive coil. The first and second connectors are positioned relative to each other into a first relationship with the first and second connectors coupled to each other and the first and second inductive coils positioned opposite each other to define a closed inductive coil circuit and a second relationship with the first and second connectors and the first and second inductive coils separated from each other to define an open inductive coil circuit. A third inductive coil is located on the vehicle seat belt buckle and a coil cable extends between the first inductive coil of the first connector and the third inductive coil.
EXTENDABLE SEATBELT BUCKLE
A system includes a base. The system includes a buckle movable from a retracted position away from the base to an extended position. The system includes an actuator supported by the base and operatively coupled to the buckle to move the buckle to the extended position. The system includes a computer having a processor and a memory storing instructions executable by the processor to actuate the actuator to move the buckle to the extended position in response to determining that tension of a seatbelt webbing is above a predetermined threshold and that a vehicle impact has not been detected.
Tensioner drive for a seatbelt installation, and assembly having a tensioner drive
The invention relates, inter alia, to a tensioner drive (11) for a seatbelt installation, having a tube (30), at least one piston (25) which within the tube (30) is displaceable along a propulsion direction (P2), and a gas generator (40) for generating a propulsion gas (G) and a propulsion pressure on a pressure-facing side of the piston (25). According to the invention it is provided that the piston (25) on the pressure-facing side thereof has a first sealing element (90) which, upon triggering the gas generator (40), is impinged with the propulsion pressure and seals a first tubular portion (31) of the tube (30) that is filled with propulsion gas (G) in relation to a second tubular portion (32) of the tube (30) that in the propulsion direction (P2) lies behind said first tubular portion (31); a second sealing element (100) which, upon triggering the gas generator (40), is separated from the first sealing element (90) is disposed in the propulsion direction (P2) behind the first sealing element (90); wherein the second sealing element (100) is displaceable relative to the first sealing element (90), and in the event of leakage of the first sealing element (90) and when impinged with pressure by the propulsion gas (G) is displaced along the propulsion direction (P2) while enlarging the spacing (A) between the first sealing element (90) and the second sealing element (100).
Vehicle seat
Provided is a vehicle seat having a seat back that can be folded forward, in which the buckle is prevented from interfering with the seat back when the seat back is folded forward. A seat cushion frame rotatably attached to the seat back frame includes a pair of side frames extending in a fore and aft direction, a front frame extending between front parts of the side frames, and a rear frame extending between rear parts of the side frames and provided with a curved portion protruding forward in a middle part thereof. A buckle support arm is located behind the curved portion, the curved portion being dimensioned so as not to interfere with the buckle when the buckle support arm is in a stowed position.
BUCKLE DEVICE
In the buckle device, when or after torsional deformation of the torsion shaft has started and allowance of the drawing-out of the belt has started, the breaking portion of the shear plate is started to be deformed by the coupling hole side surface of the spool, whereby the breaking portion allows the rotation of the spool and allows the drawing-out of the belt. Therefore, the allowable drawing-out load of the belt can be made the sum of the load for torsionally deforming the torsion shaft and the load for deforming the breaking portion, and can be increased.
Safety belt positioning and presentation systems
A safety belt presentation system includes a safety belt presentation track extending from a first position to a second position spaced from the first position, a latch that includes a tongue disposed between a first side of the latch and second side of the latch and a first coupling portion, and a driving mechanism that includes a second coupling portion configured to releasably couple the first coupling portion of the latch. The driving mechanism is configured to control the latch to move from the first position to the second position along the safety belt presentation track when the first and second coupling portions are coupled.
LOCKING DEVICE FOR WALK-IN SEAT OF VEHICLE
