Water shield member
A water shield member includes a cup-shaped concaved portion that has an opening, a hinge portion and a flange portion. The hinge portion extends from the concaved portion and extends around the opening of the concave portion, the hinge portion having a first thickness. The flange portion extends around the hinge portion and the concaved portion. The flange portion is spaced apart from the concaved portion and defines a first plane. The flange portion has a second thickness greater than the first thickness. The concaved portion, the hinge portion and the flange portion are all made of a common material.
SEATBELT PRETENSIONING RETRACTOR ASSEMBLY INCLUDING A PRETENSIONER ROD
A seatbelt pretensioning retractor assembly for use in a vehicle is provided. The seatbelt pretensioning retractor assembly includes a housing adapted for being mounted to a frame and having an interior cavity, a pretensioner tube having an arcuate and curved shape, a sprocket rotatably mounted to the housing and fixedly coupled to a spindle, a driving element as a pretensioner rod disposed within the tube and a guide plate having a guide portion and a rod guide. The pretensioner rod extends in a longitudinal direction from a proximal end portion to a distal end portion. In addition, the pretensioner rod forms a recessed portion or a recessed section to facilitate engaging with the sprocket during pretensioning.
COVER FOR A SEATBELT RETRACTOR ASSEMBLY TO REDUCE AUDIBLE NOISE AND A SEATBELT RETRACTOR ASSEMBLY INCLUDING THE COVER
A cover for a seatbelt retractor assembly comprising: a first layer having an inside surface configured to face a seatbelt webbing retracted by a seatbelt retractor assembly, an outside surface configured to face away from the seatbelt webbing, a plurality of holes disposed through the first layer from the inside surface through to the outside surface, and baffles adjacent each of the plurality of holes. The cover reduces audible noise generated by moving components of the seatbelt retractor assembly. The baffles adjacent each of the plurality of holes are disposed on the inside surface. The cover can further include a second layer, which includes a sound absorbing material such as foam. The second layer at least partially covers the outside surface of the first layer and covers the plurality of holes. The cover can further include snap fit fastening elements to connect the cover to the seatbelt retractor assembly.
Three-dimensional around view monitoring system of vehicle and method thereof
A three-dimensional around view monitoring system of a vehicle includes a fisheye image correction setting module, configured to receive fisheye image data generated by photographing a correction plate; correct the fisheye image data into corrected image data to generate a fisheye correction lookup table and rotate and translate radiate vertical reference lines presented as straight lines in the corrected image data in a neighborhood into overlaps having a same radiation angle to generate a rotation and translation lookup table; and a static three-dimensional stitched image generation module, configured to generate a stitched image lookup table according to the rotation and translation lookup table and the fisheye correction lookup table, calculate a pixel value of each pixel in the corrected image data by using a pixel value of each pixel in fisheye image data, and perform image stitching on the neighboring corrected image data to generate static stitched image data.
Seat belt assembly
A seat assembly includes a seat back and a headrest adjustably coupled to the seat back. The headrest defines a first guide passage and a second guide passage, each extending through the headrest. The seat assembly includes a retractor and a belt. The belt extends continuously from a first end to a second end. The first end is engaged with the retractor. The belt has a looped portion from the first guide passage to the second guide passage. The belt extends from the looped portion through the first guide passage to the first end, and extends from the looped portion through the second guide passage to the second end.
SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR A SELF-ALIGNING RESTRAINT SYSTEM
Systems and methods are provided for a restraint system. In one embodiment, a retractor assembly for a restraint system includes a retractor body defining a retractor axis and a retractor spool coupled to the retractor body. The retractor spool is configured to accept a retractor belt. A pivot component is configured to rotatably secure the retractor body to a mounting structure such that, when a loading force is applied to the retractor spool via the retractor belt, the retractor axis rotates to substantially align with the loading force.
Vehicle seat assembly
A seat assembly is provided herein. The seat assembly includes a seat member having a support surface. A pair of seat member bolsters is disposed on opposing sides of the seat member. A seat base supports the seat member and has a wraparound sidewall that extends above a bottom portion of each seat member bolster.
Safety belt retractor and safety belt assembly
The present invention relates to a safety belt retractor, including a bracket, a spool, a locking device, a vehicle sensing device (20) and a vehicle sensing suppression device, wherein the vehicle sensing suppression device includes a driven part and a suppression part. The driven part can be driven by the spool. The suppression part can be held on the driven part by an adhesive force, wherein the driven part has a sliding track, and the suppression part has a sliding portion that can slide on the sliding track against the adhesive force. The suppression part can be limited in a first end position, in which it can suppress the vehicle sensing function of the vehicle sensing device, and it can release the vehicle sensing function of the vehicle sensing device when leaving away from the first end position. Here, the mechanism for achieving the function of suppressing the vehicle sensing noise is simple in structure and low in cost, and can effectively reduce the vehicle sensing noise. The present invention further relates to a safety belt assembly including such a safety belt retractor.
