A winding device includes a base, a driving member and two operation gears. The winding device further includes two shafts extending through each of the arms, each of the operation gears, and each of the ears. The base is provided with two arms. The driving member is provided with two ears. Each of the operation gears has a plurality of toothed portions and a plurality of push grooves. Each of the toothed portions has a release face. Each of the arms is provided with a first slideway in which a first push member is slidably mounted. Each of the ears is provided with a second slideway in which a second push member is slidably mounted. Thus, the driving member is driven reciprocally to wind the safety belt gradually, such that the tension of the safety belt is adjusted.

Three-point seatbelt device

A three-point seatbelt device includes: a webbing configured to function as a shoulder belt and a lap belt; a shoulder-side reeler that includes a pre-tensioner mechanism and a shoulder-side force limiter mechanism, and is configured to reel up an end portion of the webbing on a shoulder belt side so as to allow the webbing to be pulled out; a tongue mounted on the webbing; and an inner belt including a buckle to which the tongue is coupled, the inner belt including, of a pre-tensioner mechanism and a buckle-side force limiter mechanism, only the buckle-side force limiter mechanism. An initial load of the buckle-side force limiter mechanism is set to be larger than an initial load of the shoulder-side force limiter mechanism.

WEBBING RETRACTOR

A webbing retractor includes a spool, a motor, a force limiter mechanism, a first rotating body, a second rotating body, a ratchet gear, a pawl body and a control section. The ratchet gear is provided at one of the first rotating body or the second rotating body. The pawl body is provided at another of the first rotating body or the second rotating body. The pawl body can engage with the ratchet gear in a case in which the first rotating body rotates toward one side, and engagement of the pawl body with the ratchet gear being cancelled in a case in which the first rotating body rotates toward another side. The control section drives the motor to rotate in reverse, such that the first rotating body rotates toward another side in a case in which a physical amount relating to load of the passenger exceeds a predetermined value during forward rotational driving.

APPARATUS FOR DETECTING VEHICLE BUCKLE AND VEHICLE SYSTEM INCLUDING SAME

A vehicle system equipped with an apparatus for detecting a vehicle buckle may include: a buckle switch device which is turned on or off depending on whether a vehicle seat belt buckle is fastened; and a buckle detection apparatus that determines whether the vehicle seat belt buckle is fastened based on an on or off operation of the buckle switch device and diagnoses a failure of the buckle detection apparatus.

Vehicle seat

A vehicle seat includes a seat back, a motor, a gear, a take-up device and a pre-tensioner component. The seat back extends in a seat vertical direction and supports the back area of a seat occupant. A seat back frame structures a framework of the seat back. The motor is mounted to an upper portion of the seat back frame. The gear is arranged along the seat back frame adjacent to the motor and transmits driving force from the motor. The take-up device is arranged along the seat back frame adjacent to the gear, and is provided with a spool onto which a webbing is wound. Driving force from the motor is transmitted to the take-up device via the gear. The pre-tensioner component is arranged along the seat back frame adjacent to the take-up device. When activated, the pre-tensioner component forcibly takes up the spool.
