Vehicle locking and/or parking brake
A wheel locking or parking brake assembly for a vehicle. In one embodiment, the wheel locking or parking brake assembly includes a plate member affixed to a wheel or axle having a plurality of closely spaced holes in a circular configuration or a circumferential flange with a peripheral extension or lug; an electrically powered pin advancing and retracting device; the pin adapted to engage and pass into any of the holes or advance in the path of the extension or lug; electric power supply and electric current polarity reversing device, wherein in operation, the pin remains in either an advanced or retracted position depending on the direction of the current when the electric power was switched off.
Releasable vehicular boot and boot return station
A releasable vehicular boot coupled to a vehicle's tire is designed to immobilize the tire. The vehicular boot includes a triangular sheet having a hole situated proximate the first corner of the sheet, a first chain having a first end coupled to the second corner of the triangular sheet and a second end coupled to the third corner of the triangular sheet to create a loop in the first chain, and a second chain having a first end slidably mounted to the first chain. The loop in the first chain is disposed around the tire. The second chain is disposed through a suspension component of the vehicle and the hole in the triangular sheet. The second end of the second chain is coupled to a locking mechanism to prevent a detachment of the second chain from the hole in the triangular sheet.

Tire lock system and method of use
A tire lock system prevents the movement of a trailer or vehicle once attached. A clamshell-style arms are attached to the inside and outside of a tire. Spikes on the arms are placed so that if the tire is rotated the spikes puncture the tire. The arms are reinforced and strengthen to prevent cutting, pulling, removal, or damage to the arms. The arms are held in place by a lock that is unique to each so that removal requires a special tool.
Locking boot for vehicle wheel
A horizontal support arm including a thermoplastic polymer defines a horizontal axis extending along the horizontal support arm. A track is formed in the horizontal support arm. The track extends along the horizontal axis. A first vertical support arm extends from the horizontal support arm. The first vertical support arm includes a front engagement protrusion. The first vertical support arm includes the thermoplastic polymer. A receiving orifice is defined in the horizontal support arm. A horizontal extension portion is slidably received in the receiving orifice by sliding horizontally along the track formed in the horizontal support arm. A second vertical support arm extends from the horizontal extension portion. The second vertical support arm includes a rear engagement protrusion. The second vertical support arm includes the thermoplastic polymer. A lug nut blocking plate extends from the first vertical support arm. The lug nut block plate includes the thermoplastic polymer.

IMMOBILIZER DEVICE FOR A WHEEL
An immobilizer device is provided for preventing the travel of a wheel, particularly the wheel of a vehicle. The immobilizer device utilizes an elongated pin to pass through a portion or aperture of the wheel, and the immobilizer device prevents travel of the wheel by acting as a chock. Some embodiments of the immobilizer device comprise an indexing feature to guide the elongated pin into an aperture and a receiver tube to guide the elongated pin into another aperture. Then the elongated pin may be placed in a locked position to secure the immobilizer device to the wheel.
