20220161808 · 2022-05-26 ·

The present disclosure relates to a method and system for monitoring the status of a person in the vicinity of a vehicle, including capturing an image of an area in the vehicle or in the vicinity of the vehicle, analysing the captured image, detecting if the captured image contains a person, determining at a first time a characteristic associated with the person in the captured image, comparing the characteristic with a predefined threshold value; and in response to the determined parameter surpassing the predefined threshold value, actuating a change of state of the vehicle. The characteristic may comprise temperature.

The present disclosure relates to a method and apparatus for determining patient safety, including capturing an image of an area and determining if a person on the patient transport apparatus is correctly harnessed according to a predefined protocol and/or correctly positioned according to a predefined protocol.

METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR SANITARY CONTROL IN A VEHICLE
20220198910 · 2022-06-23 ·

The present disclosure relates to a method and apparatus for sanitary control in a vehicle, including capturing an image of an area in the vehicle or in the vicinity of the vehicle, analysing the captured image, and determining if one or more predefined sanitary protocols are satisfied in the vehicle or in the vicinity of the vehicle.

METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR CONTOLLING ACCESS TO A VEHICLE
20220185235 · 2022-06-16 ·

The present disclosure relates to a method and apparatus for controlling access to a vehicle, including using the detection of a personnel transport apparatus to actuate vehicle doors to unlock and determining a suitable means of access to the vehicle based on a determined type of patient transport apparatus. The determined suitable means may include a ramp, a lift or manual access depending on the type of patient transport apparatus.

Luggage management system and luggage management method

A luggage management system includes: a locking/unlocking device mounted in a vehicle and configured to lock and unlock the vehicle in response to a request from a terminal, the terminal being used by a user who delivers luggage; an imaging device configured to capture an image of an inside of a predetermined area located in the vehicle, the predetermined area being used as a delivery place of the luggage; a control device configured to cause the imaging device to capture the image in the predetermined area when the locking/unlocking device locks or unlocks the vehicle in response to the request, and store the image; and a determination unit configured to determine, based on a result of comparison between a reference image and a comparison image, whether the luggage has been carried away from the predetermined area.

VEHICLE COVER AND INTEGRATED SECURITY SYSTEM

A system includes a vehicle cover, a mechanical tensioning device, a memory device, storing instructions, and one or more processors configured to execute instructions to perform the steps of a method to secure a vehicle. The mechanical tensioning device may include attachment means to attach the device to a wheel of the vehicle and means to attach a security cable of the vehicle cover integrated into a bottom edge of the vehicle cover to the mechanical tensioning device. The mechanical tensioning device may include a rotational reel connected to either a tensioning motor or a tensioning crank and optionally including either a mechanical bi-stable device or one or more sensors configured to monitor the tension of the security cable when engaged to the mechanical tensioning device. The processor may monitor for a change in tension and execute one or more security measures in response.

AUTOMOTIVE SECURITY SYSTEM AND A METHOD OF USE THEREOF
20210245712 · 2021-08-12 ·

An automotive imaging security system for a vehicle for recording an immediate environment of the vehicle upon an occurrence of a predetermined event. The automotive imaging security system includes four cameras coupled at the four corners of the vehicle's body and configured to capture the immediate environment of the vehicle. The automotive imaging security system further includes one or more sensors configured to detect the predetermined event and activate the camera.

VEHICLE MIRROR RECORDING SYSTEM
20210250553 · 2021-08-12 ·

The presently disclosed subject matter is generally directed to an audio and/or video recording system configured within a vehicle rear-view and/or side-view mirror. Advantageously, the disclosed system is configured to record criminal incidents and/or provide evidence after a wreck or other driving event has occurred. The vehicle mirror includes a front face comprising a reflective surface that is operably attached to a rear body. The mirror interior houses at least one camera capable of recording an event, such as a vehicle break-in. The camera spans at least one surface of the rear-view mirror, such that the camera lens is present on the mirror exterior. Because the majority of camera and associated electronics are housed within the vehicle interior, the perpetrator is unaware that he is being recorded.

Security system

A security system for acquiring situation data at the time of trouble in a space where a customer receives a service. The security system includes a recorder for capturing an image and recording a sound for security in a space in which a customer receives a service provided by a service provider, and a server used for providing the service and managed by the service provider. The server includes a processor which executes a software for running the system, and an application storage for storing a customer application which is downloaded to the mobile terminal possessed by the customer. A processor of the mobile terminal is, by executing the customer application, starts the recorder, takes the recorded data into the mobile terminal, and transmits the data to the server for recording the data in the server. The customer can use the captured and recorded data as objective situation data.

SAFETY SYSTEM FOR VEHICLE
20210197805 · 2021-07-01 ·

A safety system for a vehicle includes an object tracker circuit configured to receive sensor data representing objects located in an environment in which the vehicle is operating. The vehicle is operated by a navigation system independent of the safety system. A probabilistic model of the environment is generated. Generating of the probabilistic model includes, for each object of the one or more objects, generating a state of the object based on recursive Bayesian filtering of the sensor data. The state includes a spatiotemporal location of the object relative to the vehicle at a particular time and a velocity of the object relative to the vehicle at the particular time. A probability of collision of the vehicle is determined with a particular object at the particular time based on the probabilistic model of the environment. A collision warning is generated indicating the particular object and the particular time.
