Rotational exercise device
09968820 · 2018-05-15 ·

A rotational exercise device is disclosed. The rotational exercise device includes an upper platform rotatably coupled to a base. The base is configured to rest on the floor. Elastic members located in the base interact with posts located in the upper platform to provide rotatable resistance between the upper platform and base. The elastic members may be exchanged to provide a desired resistance. The rotatable resistance permits the user to perform controlled exercise movements to assist in the physical therapy of rotational joints.

ROTATABLE DISC EXERCISE APPARATUS
20180117384 · 2018-05-03 ·

A rotatable disc exercise apparatus is disclosed that includes a first disc having a first outer planar surface and a first inner surface, a second disc fastened to the first disc and rotatably supported on the first disc by a first annular set of ball bearings and a second annular set of ball bearings. The second disc has a second outer planar surface and a second inner surface facing the first inner surface. A single biasing member sandwiched between the first and second discs resiliently biases the second disc to a neutral rotational position between the discs. The first annular set of bearings is captured between the inner surfaces by an annular outer wall of one of the discs and an inner annular rib of the other one of the discs. The second set of bearings is carried in an annular race between the first and second inner surfaces.

BALANCE TRAINING DEVICE FOR YOUNG CHILDREN
20180117389 · 2018-05-03 ·

A balance training device for young children is revealed. The balance training device includes a footplate, at least one support disposed on a bottom surface of the footplate and at least one base connected to the support. The footplate, the support and the base are combined in different ways to form various playing modes including a see-saw mode, a ramp mode, a balance beam mode, etc. Thus the balance training device not only attracts young children to play but also improves their balance and trains their leg muscles in the play.

EXERCISE BOARD ASSEMBLY

Disclosed herein is an exercise board assembly that includes an exercise board, a support leg, and one or more rocker surface(s). The support leg is pivotally mounted to the exercise board and can be secured in at least two positions, including one to arrange the board in a stable angled configuration relative to a floor and a folded position. The support leg can be locked in a number of positions so that a user can perform different exercises using the exercise board. The rocker surface may support the exercise board on the floor surface when the support leg is in the folded position. When engaged with the floor, the rocker surface(s) cause the board to be unstable, thereby causing it to rock or tilt relative to the floor. Stops may be included to limit a range for rocking of the board relative to the floor surface.

CONCURRENT UPPER AND LOWER BODY PRESS EXERCISE MACHINE
20180104537 · 2018-04-19 · ·

A machine for concurrently performing pressing motions with the hands and feet, the machine having a base having front and back ends, two or more user supports, at least one lower body user support with an engagement means for the user's feet and at least one upper body user support with an engagement means for the user's hands. The upper body user support and lower body user support move fore and aft on opposing ends of the base frame and at least one of the upper body user supports and at least one of the lower body user supports cooperate with one another to move in opposing fore and aft movement patterns during operation of the machine.

POSTURAL PLATFORM TRAINING DEVICE
20240390731 · 2024-11-28 · ·

Disclosed herein are devices, systems and methods for redistributing the normal weight distribution of a user in a standing position. One example is a postural platform for either the left or right foot having a bottom surface defining a reference plane, a top surface configured as a foot contact surface and a perimeter side wall between the bottom and top surfaces. The top surface is rotated about a first rotational axis parallel to the reference plane and rotated about a second rotational axis orthogonal to the reference plane. In another example, a system includes first and second postural platforms that are independent of one another. In other example, the device is a sandal, shoe, sneaker or any foot covering with a tops surface being at a complex angle to a bottom surface.

Exercise machine platform for emulation of realistic movement

An exercise machine platform that allows for emulation of the natural movements of real-world modes of transportation in stationary exercise machines such as bicycles, rowing machines, elliptical machines, and treadmills. The exercise machine platform comprises a base with one or more powered lifting mechanisms, a frame supported by the lifting mechanisms of the base which allows for roll, pitch, and/or vertical displacement movements, and a rocker plate supported by the frame that allows for additional independent movement from the roll, pitch, and/or vertical displacement movements of the frame. A dampening system controls the additional independent movement between the frame and rocker plate.

Balancing exercise devices

A balancing exercise device has a central balancing member having a center of balance. A first foot pad is coupled to the central balancing member on a first side of the center of balance. The first foot pad is pivotable with respect to the central balancing member. A second foot pad is coupled to the central balancing member on an opposite, second side of the center of balance. The second foot pad is pivotable with respect to the central balancing member. An application of equal forces on the first and second foot pads balances the central balancing member with respect to the center of balance. An application of unequal forces on the first and second foot pads causes the central balancing member to pivot about the center of balance until one of the first and second foot pads engages with a support surface on which the central balancing member is supported.

Exercise device

A device useful for exercise having a collapsed and an upright exercise position, the device comprising a collapsible lower frame and a collapsible upper frame. The lower frame has lower frame posts pivotably connected to a base structure. The lower frame post upper portions are linked together by a linking structure such that the lower frame posts form a pyramid structure in the lower frame upright exercise position. The collapsible upper frame has a upper frame posts pivotally connected to a top structure. The upper frame post lower portions are linked together by the linking structure such that the upper frame posts form an inverted pyramid in the upper frame upright exercise position. The linking structure connects the upper frame to the lower frame such that the upper frame can pivot relative to the lower frame when the device is in its upright exercise position.
