The plasticizer-containing films have a low tendency for sweating of the plasticizer, and are useful in producing laminate safety glasses and photovoltaic modules.

Provided are a laminate for solar cells, which facilitates production of solar cell modules, which does not require a crosslinking step and which is excellent in transparency, moisture-proofness, sealability and handleability (rigidity), and a solar cell module produced by the use of the laminate. The laminate for solar cells has a resin layer (I)-1 or a resin layer (I)-2 as at least one outermost layer thereof, and has a resin layer (II) that contains an etylene-based polymer (C) satisfying a specific requirement and a nucleating agent (D). The resin layer (I)-1 is a resin layer containing an ethylene/-olefin random copolymer (A) satisfying a specific requirement, and an ethylene/-olefin block copolymer (B) satisfying a specific requirement. The resin layer (I)-2 is a resin layer containing a silane-modified etylene-based resin (X).

The current invention relates to a solar-cell module backing monolayer obtained by melt-extruding a polymer composition comprising (a) a polyamide, (b) an elastomer and (c) an elastomer that contains groups that bond chemically and/or interact physically with the polyamide, and wherein the elastomer constitutes the continuous phase of the polymer composition and the polyamide constitutes the dispersed phase of the polymer composition, characterized in that the polymer composition comprises from 10 to 50 wt. % of the polyamide (a) and from 50 to 90 wt. % of the elastomer (b) and (c) (of the total weight of polyamide (a) and elastomer (b) and (c) present in the polymer composition).
