Bench for performing hip extensions with a bar
The invention relates to a bench, which is designed for performing hip extensions in such a way as to prevent damage to the back of the user, and can be adapted to different sizes. To this end, the bench consists of an H-shaped frame having a middle beam (7) that is slightly shorter than the distance established between the disks (6) of the bar (5) to be lifted, and on which a back rest or seat (14) is provided, comprising height-regulating means, characterized in that the height of the side beams is such that the bar (5) can be rolled over the surface of the beams above the stretched-out body of the user, while the large disks are flush with the ground so as not to limit the range of movement.
Towel stretching assembly for stretching exercises
There is accordingly provided a flexible sheet assembly for stretching exercises. The assembly has a longitudinal axis. The assembly includes an elongate flexible sheet having a pair of spaced-apart longitudinally extending sides. The sheet has a pair of spaced-apart ends that extend between the sides. The sheet has a first longitudinal portion extending from a first one of the ends towards a second one of the ends. The sheet has a second longitudinal portion extending from the second one of the ends towards the first one of the ends. At least a first one of the longitudinal portions of the sheet has an aperture extending therethrough. Portions of the first one of the longitudinal portions of the sheet adjacent to the aperture are curved.
POSTURAL DYNAMICS EXERCISE SYSTEM
Exercise apparatuses that may be particularly useful or treating and strengthening connective tissue. For example, apparatuses that may have or be reconfigured to have multiple (e.g., three or more) configurations that are suspended from above by a ceiling or stand. The equipment facilitates the stabilization of the body according to the principle of tensegrity, so that the tension in all movements is omni-directionally coherent, thus creating omni-tensional integrity, which may be helpful in treatment and strengthening of muscular connective tissue (fasciae) in musculoskeletal dynamics, to restore, rebuild, strengthen and regain elasticity within the human fascial network. These apparatuses can support the user at an oblique body angle while the user performs various movements.
System and method for identifying and correcting muscular and skeletal disbalances through exercise
A method for identifying and correcting muscular and skeletal disbalances through exercise includes recording, by a processor, using at least one sensor coupled to the processor, an exercise motion performed by a user, identifying, by the processor, a motion deficiency of the user based on the detected exercise motion, formulating, by the processor, a corrective motion based on the detected motion deficiency, and providing, by the processor, the corrective motion to the user, which also includes identifying motion deficiencies as far as range of motion, balance, symmetry, smoothness, strength, stamina and other motion characteristics, formulating corrective exercise program that involves multiple training machines, formulating exercises in terms of number of repetitions, cadence (frequency) or motion, range of motion, added resistance levels, communicating the corrective exercise program via the screen embedded on each machine, and guiding the user through each exercise, directing user to change exercise machines.
COLLAPSIBLE HIP THRUST EXERCISE APPARATUS
In various exemplary scenarios, some embodiments of the present invention provide a collapsible, user-friendly weighted hip thrust exercise apparatus. Various embodiments of the present invention may consist of a base frame enclosing an exercise space, with an upper body support attached to one end of the frame. The frame may be adjustable in length and/or width in order to accommodate different users. The upper body support may be configured to provide an elevated back rest for the user. In an illustrative example, the upper body support height may be adjustable to accommodate different users. In an exemplary scenario illustrative of various embodiments' usage, a user may sit down in the exercise space enclosed by the frame with the user's upper-back and arms resting on top of the upper body support, placing his or her feet on top of the frame on the other width side. The apparatus may further feature a central resistance band positioned at the user's hip line, coupled to side handles or multiple attachment points, and detent pins to removably lock the apparatus in place for use.
EXERCISE SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR CONTROLLING A VEHICLE
A vehicular exercise system includes an exercise monitoring apparatus configured to communicate with a vehicle including one or more internal structures including at least one seat and a steering wheel. The at least one exercise monitoring apparatus includes processing circuitry configured to detect one or more exercise activities performed at the one or more internal structures and actuate the vehicle based on the one or more detected exercise activities. The processing circuitry is further configured to monitor one or more physiological parameters of the one or more detected exercise activities, determine a recommendation regarding future exercise activities based on the one or more physiological parameters, and output one or more notifications corresponding to the one or more physiological parameters and the determined recommendation.
METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR EXERCISING ABDOMINAL MUSCLES
An apparatus for exercising the abdominal muscles of the human body is disclosed. The abdominal exercising apparatus comprises a long hollow metallic square tubing having three spaced stabilizing bars extending perpendicular from top to bottom to hold and stabilize the leg near the knee portion keeping the ankle and feet portion flat on the ground. The abdominal exercising apparatus at its bottom additionally comprises another tubing perpendicular to the main square tubing to hold standard size weights to be carried using the leg portion. In use, the abdominal exercise apparatus is held by the user's legs and attached securely to the bottom half of the user's legs to add weight to perform a routine leg assisted abs workout. The exercising apparatus builds stronger better looking abs without straining the user's back and neck and facilitates the performance of sit-up exercises for strengthening and toning abdominal muscles.
BACK EXTENSION EXERCISE APPARATUS
An exercise apparatus for performing a back extension exercise comprising: a frame, a seat having a seating surface and a pelvic stabilization pad having a lower back engagement surface, an input arm assembly interconnected by a first interconnection to a first resistance mechanism, the input arm assembly including a manually graspable mechanism and being arranged on the apparatus such that the input arm assembly is pivotable beginning from a start motionless position along a path of travel toward the pelvic stabilization pad under resistance exerted by one or both of the resistance mechanisms, wherein the first resistance mechanism is adapted to increase resistance as the degree of pivoting of the input arm assembly increases along the path of travel away from the start motionless position rearwardly toward the pelvic stabilization pad.
DECORATIVE ELEMENT
The invention relates to a decorative element for use on a piece of clothing, which decorative element has a decorative surface and can be placed onto a button-shaped body, such as in particular a seam-end button of a cap. According to the invention, a receptacle is formed on a side facing away from decorative surface. According to the invention, a design shape is formed on the decorative surface.
Rollable exercise apparatus
A rollable exercise device is formed as a carriage having multiple sides, a main bearing embedded in a concave center, and a removably insertable weight with gripping handle. The main bearing facilitates rolling engagement with the weight and allows for dynamic adjustment of gripping angle relative to the carriage. A bottom surface of the carriage supports a plurality of rollerballs by means of bearings that facilitate omnidirectional rolling engagement of the carriage on a planar surface. Components may be embedded into the sides for attaching external equipment or to attach the device in tandem to a similar device.
