Mountable Exercise Bar Assembly
A modular, easily constructible exercise assembly providing pull-up type exercise routines is disclosed. This particular solution is designed to be secured to a stationary upright object, or anchor. The unique construction of the exercise assembly can be broken down into base components to conveniently fit into a back pack. Its specific structure and design is optimized to limit wear and material failure. Additionally, adjustability is provided to various components as detailed herein. For example, an exercise bar can articulate at different angles and extend and lengthen as selected by a user. Also, a securing bar is adjustable for coupling the exercise assembly to different sized stationary objects.
UPPER POSTERIOR DEVELOPMENT DEVICE
An upper posterior development device is shown and described. The upper posterior development device includes a frame. The frame is created by a plurality of legs. The legs may be secured to one another at a bottom end for additional support. A bench is secured to the upper end of at least one of the plurality of legs. The bench may be rotatably secured to the frame such that the angle of the bench is adjustable. In this instance the bench is secured at least one different leg of the plurality of legs via an adjustment device. A pendulum movably secured to an underside of the bench. The pendulum is configured to have weight added or removed therefrom.
Free-standing fitness device
The present invention relates to an improved fitness device; specifically, the present invention relates to a stationary fitness machine designed to strengthen multiple muscle groups including the abdominal, chest, intercoastal, latissimus dorsi, rhomboid, deltoid, bicep, forearm, oblique and gluteus maximus muscles using a unique, advanced, combined pull-up, fly movement.

Pole vault swing-up rack
A pole vault swing-up rack includes a frame body with upper hooks and a lower push bracket. The rack is designed to hang vertically from a horizontal bar—as a pull-up bar—by the hooks. An athlete hanging from the pull-up bar in an upright vertical position may kick his/her legs and torso up to an inverted vertical position to simulate movement of a pole vault. The athlete's shoulders rest against vertical uprights of the rack to maintain the athlete's shoulders and body in front of a vertical plane as in a pole vault movement. A trainer can use the lower push bracket to assist the athlete in the kicking motion. The parts of the rack that come into contact with the athlete may be covered in foam padding and a rubber coating.
System and method for adjusting tidal volume of a self-ventilation subject
A system and method are configured to adjust the tidal volume of the breathing of a subject. The subject is self-ventilating (breathes under her own power). The adjustment of tidal volume accomplished through use of the system and/or method may reduce hypertension (e.g., lower blood pressure), reduce stress and/or anxiety (and related maladies), improve relaxation, decrease sleep latency, improve sleep quality, address other sleep disorders, and/or provide other health benefits. The system and method are effective in adjusting tidal volume while the subject is awake and/or asleep.
MOVABLE CONSOLE
A console for an exercise device includes a translational mechanism and a rotational mechanism. During operation, a component of the exercise device may prevent rotation or at least partially obscure the user's view of the display. The translational mechanism may move the console out of the way of the component so that the console may be moved and the display visible to the user when performing an exercise activity while dismounted from the exercise device.
FITNESS TRAINING UNITS
Provided herein are exemplary embodiments including a fitness training unit that includes a large bench pad, the large bench pad having a proximal end and the large bench pad having a distal end, a small bench pad having a proximal end and a distal end, the proximal end of the small bench pad connected to the distal end of the large bench pad, a frame support for the large bench pad and the small bench pad, a distal end of the frame connected between two vertical support bars, wherein an angle formed between the proximal end of the small bench pad and the distal end of the large bench pad is approximately ten degrees.
