Exercise systems and methods
An exercise system comprising an extension section and a base section. The base section comprises a support assembly, a sleeve assembly, and a resilient member. The resilient member is arranged to resiliently oppose movement of the sleeve assembly in a compression direction relative to the support assembly. The extension section is detachably attachable to the sleeve assembly. The exercise system is operated in at least first and second configurations. In the first configuration, the extension section is detached from the sleeve assembly. In the second configuration, the extension section is detachably attached to the sleeve assembly such that the resilient member resiliently opposes movement of the sleeve assembly relative to the support assembly in the compression direction.

HEAD AND NECK EXERCISE METHODS
Methods for instructing a user to perform head and neck exercises with head and neck apparatuses are disclosed. The apparatus may include a member operatively arranged with a valve mechanism with a threshold pressure. The apparatus may further include an acoustic apparatus, membrane, chromogenic material, or moveable element that may be configured to respond when the pressure within the member is greater in magnitude than the threshold pressure. The head and neck exercise apparatus may also include a member operatively arranged with an acoustic apparatus, membrane, chromogenic material, or moveable element that may be configured, without a valve mechanism, to respond when the absolute pressure within the member is greater in magnitude than a threshold absolute pressure.

NECKPILLOW
An apparatus and method for training muscle strength and mobility in the neck, and providing a dynamic resting position without pressure on the neck, of a person when in lying position is disclosed. The apparatus includes a base element, a head support suspended floating above the base element, and a neck support rising from the base element. The neck support provides a fulcrum that defines head movement to a pivoting motion about a first axis (X) which runs sideways substantially along the shoulder line of the body, a pivot connection between the head support and the base element defines head movement to a pivoting motion about a second axis (Y) transversely to the first axis, and by its floating suspension the head support defines head movement to a pivoting motion about a third axis (Z) running in the longitudinal direction of the neck and body.

NECKBALANCE
A device and method for influencing the movement and muscular function in the neck, includes a helmet, the helmet has a rim, said rim has notches along the edge, on top of the helmet there is attached a vertical rod, on top of this vertical rod there is attached at least two laser sights pointing forward, at least one rod is attached at one end to the vertical rod, and the at least one rod can rotate around the vertical rod.

Isometric Back, Neck, and Spine Exercise Apparatus
An isometric exercise device has two handles and surfaces adapted for interaction with a user's head and/or neck to provide resistance to generally upward or downward movement or force from the user's head. The device can be used to perform a wide variety of back and neck exercises.
