Neck exercise device and system
A neck exercise device and system are disclosed. An implementation of the device can include a head harness having an adjustable headband and a first cranial strap having each end attached to the headband. The device can also include a second cranial strap having each end attached to the headband and an adjustable chin strap. The device can further include a plurality of attachment members.

A neck support apparatus (10) has a base portion (21) for positioning on the torso (18) of the user (11) and a support portion (23) extending from the base portion and having a rest (25) upon which the mandible (17)) of the user (11) can rest when the head (13) of the user is at the forwardmost tilted position. The rest (25) has two rest members (27) configured to receive the mandible (17), typically adjacent the underside of the posterior mandibles (17a) of the user (11). The support portion (23) further comprises two struts (31) which are mounted on the base portion (21) and on which the rest members (27) are mounted. The two struts (31) are adapted to be disposed angularly with respect to each other.
Cervical brace
A neck support apparatus (10) has a base portion (21) for positioning on the torso (18) of the user (11) and a support portion (23) extending from the base portion and having a rest (25) upon which the mandible (17)) of the user (11) can rest when the head (13) of the user is at the forwardmost tilted position. The rest (25) has two rest members (27) configured to receive the mandible (17), typically adjacent the underside of the posterior mandibles (17a) of the user (11). The support portion (23) further comprises two struts (31) which are mounted on the base portion (21) and on which the rest members (27) are mounted. The two struts (31) are adapted to be disposed angularly with respect to each other.
Exercise Ring for Improving Strength and Flexibility of a Body Part
An apparatus and method may exercise muscles of a body part, especially the neck, waist, torso, legs, and glutes from any angle with variable resistance while taking up minimal floor space. The apparatus may improve the ability of athletes, including football players and wrestlers, to better prepare for contact from any angle while engaged in their sport. The apparatus may include a ring having a guide track therein. Another inner ring may also be provided in different sizes and shapes to accommodate a variety of users. A car may be connected to a source of resistance ride freely along the guide track. The source of resistance may be other gym equipment including a bungee cord, a cable cross over machine, springs, and the like. As the user freely exercises by moving the body part, the car may adapt to the user's position to facilitate a full range of motion.

A viewing neck posture discomfort relief accessory includes a user wearable head band assembly, and an optical assembly attached to the user wearable head band assembly. The user wearable head band assembly is worn by the user to place the optical assembly in front of the user's eyes. The optical assembly enables the user to look into the optical assembly in a forward direction so that the neck of the user can be held in a generally upright comfortable posture due to the optical assembly having pairs of mirrors that reflect the path of sight of the user' eyes from the forward direction to a downward direction to allow viewing an item, such as a book page or mobile device keyboard or screen, being held by the user in a generally horizontal orientation.

A viewing neck posture discomfort relief accessory includes a user wearable head band assembly, and an optical assembly attached to the user wearable head band assembly. The user wearable head band assembly is worn by the user to place the optical assembly in front of the user's eyes. The optical assembly enables the user to look into the optical assembly in a forward direction so that the neck of the user can be held in a generally upright comfortable posture due to the optical assembly having pairs of mirrors that reflect the path of sight of the user' eyes from the forward direction to a downward direction to allow viewing an item, such as a book page or mobile device keyboard or screen, being held by the user in a generally horizontal orientation.

A therapy and physical training system, comprising one or more movement sensors each of which positioned on a corresponding body part of a user, a first computer on a processor of which an application is running and a head mounted housing which is configured with a display on which images generated by the first computer are visible to the user. The application is configured to receive inputs from each of the sensors or from a second computer in data communication with each of the sensors, the application also configured to generate, in response to a real-time disposition of each of the corresponding body parts during performance of an exercise related body movement, a virtual reality object viewable by the user, the object being indicative of an additional body movement to be made by the user in order to conform with a user-specific exercise program.

EXERCISE DEVICE
An exercise device has a pair of handles with a resistance assembly connected therebetween. Each handle has an internal annular channel with a stop wall. Each channel receives a grip body and a grip spring that serially abut one another, with the grip spring disposed between the grip body and the stop wall. In use, a user rotates each handle to compress the grip springs and applies tension by bending the resistance assembly. As a result, exercise of the six primary muscle groups responsible for postural stability muscles is provided to the user. Each of the handles are also easily removable from the resistance assembly by way of spring loaded plungers, which allows for different resistance assemblies of different spring force or resistance. The handles are further connected in a nonaligned manner relative to the resistance assembly, which contributes to maximizing the exercising benefits received from the exercise device.
