BRAKE FLUID RESERVOIR VALVE FOR A MASTER CYLINDER
Brake fluid reservoir valve for installation in the reservoir's outlet tube. It includes an outer sleeve fixed in the reservoir tube and equipped with an outer stop and a hollow piston housed in the sleeve. The top of the piston is closed and bordered by a groove accommodating an o-ring seal that rests upon the upper edge of the sleeve whenever the piston enters the sleeve. The piston has windows beneath the groove communicating with the interior of the piston and lugs near its lower extremity. Openings are provided in the extension of the piston beneath the lugs. A compression spring is inserted between the piston and the outer sleeve, between the stop and the lugs.

A bicycle hydraulic operating device is basically provided with a base member, a piston, an operating member and a hydraulic reservoir. The base member includes a cylinder bore. The piston is movably disposed in the cylinder bore. The operating member is coupled to the piston to move the piston within the cylinder bore. The hydraulic reservoir includes a hydraulic reservoir tank and a reservoir lid. The hydraulic reservoir is provided on the base member and is fluidly connected to the cylinder bore by a fluid passage. At least part of one of the base member and the hydraulic reservoir includes a fluid inspection portion making visually perceptible therethrough at least a portion of a hydraulic fluid flow path that includes the hydraulic reservoir, the cylinder bore and the fluid passage.

A bicycle hydraulic operating device is basically provided with a base member, a piston, an operating member and a hydraulic reservoir. The base member includes a cylinder bore. The piston is movably disposed in the cylinder bore. The operating member is coupled to the piston to move the piston within the cylinder bore. The hydraulic reservoir includes a hydraulic reservoir tank and a reservoir lid. The hydraulic reservoir is provided on the base member and is fluidly connected to the cylinder bore by a fluid passage. At least part of one of the base member and the hydraulic reservoir includes a fluid inspection portion making visually perceptible therethrough at least a portion of a hydraulic fluid flow path that includes the hydraulic reservoir, the cylinder bore and the fluid passage.

The reservoir includes a first reservoir tank, a second reservoir tank formed to be spaced apart from the first reservoir tank and provided with a port portion for supplying a brake fluid to the first reservoir tank, and a connection hose configured to connect the port portion to the first reservoir tank so that the brake fluid of the second reservoir tank is transferred to the first reservoir tank, wherein the port portion includes a first port unit protruding to the inside of the second reservoir tank and a second port unit protruding to the outside of the second reservoir tank.

A pressure medium container is provided including a container casing the interior of which can be filled with a pressure medium via a filler pipe and is closed off by a closure cap fixed to the filler pipe. A sealing element made from an elastomeric material is provided between the filler pipe and a bottom of the closure cap. The sealing element has a valve which rests on a support pedestal arranged on the closure cap is closed in a non-actuated initial state and reaches an opened actuated state under the control of differential pressure, whereby a pressure is equalized between an interior of the pressure medium container and an ambient atmosphere. Direction-dependently, the valve has different valve opening resistances.
