CONNECTOR FOR A HYDRAULIC BRAKING SYSTEM
A hydraulic braking system connector comprises a first coupling terminal having an annular abutment surface, a coupling sleeve having a first axially outer annular portion, receiving the first coupling terminal, an annular wall with a first annular abutment surface to abut the first coupling terminal abutment, and a second axially outer annular portion, to be coupled with a component of the hydraulic braking system. A first annular locking element is axially moveable between a rest position and a locking position. A first annular hydraulic sealing element is configured to be activated by the first annular locking element when in the locking position. The annular abutment surface of the first coupling terminal is in abutment on the first annular abutment surface of the coupling sleeve when the first annular locking element is in the rest position.
COUPLING ARRANGEMENT FOR A HYDRAULIC DEIVE, AND METHOD FOR COUPLING AND FLUIDICALLY CONNECTING FIRST AND SECOND COUPLING COMPONENT OF THE COUPLING ARRANGEMENT
A coupling arrangement for a hydraulic device, in particular for a brake hose of a hydraulic brake of a vehicle. The coupling arrangement includes first and second coupling components, and the first and second coupling components can be transferred from an uncoupled state into a coupled state. The first coupling component has a hydraulic chamber which is prefilled with a first hydraulic liquid, and the second coupling component has a hydraulic cylinder which is prefilled with a second hydraulic liquid. The hydraulic chamber and the hydraulic cylinder are fluidically connected to one another in the coupled, a first flow opening is incorporated in the hydraulic chamber, and the first coupling component has a first sealing device which closes the first flow opening in a flow-tight manner in the uncoupled state and frees it in the coupled state.
Friction set for railway braking system
Disclosed is a friction set for a railway disk brake system for railway rolling stock including: a shoe holder including a receiving slideway; a friction shoe including a brake pad and a profiled shape configured for being slid into the receiving slideway, where the friction shoe includes a pneumatic conduit connecting a first space delimited by a first surface of the friction shoe to a second space delimited by a second opposite surface the friction shoe; a through hole arranged in the shoe holder and laid out so as to be facing the pneumatic conduit; and a pneumatic connector mounted on the shoe holder, pneumatically connected with the through hole, extending away from the friction shoe and rotationally mobile relative to the shoe holder, around an axis perpendicular to a main plane of the shoe holder.
Anti-spray joint structure of connection hose of vehicle air compressor
An anti-spray joint structure of a connection hose of a vehicle air compressor, the vehicle air compressor contains: a box, a sealant supply can, and a connection hose. The box includes a body accommodated in the box and started by a power supply to produce compressed airs. The sealant supply can includes an open segment for accommodating chemical sealant, and the sealant supply can includes a supply tube arranged on the open segment. The connection hose includes a front connector and a rear connector. The rear connector is an anti-spray joint structure and includes a first segment and a second segment removed from and connected with the first segment, and the first segment is connected with the second segment which has a channel of different sizes and shapes so as to be applicable for different tires and to avoid eruption of the chemical sealant.
ACTIVATION SYSTEM FOR PIPELINE PLUG
A pipeline plug includes a plug body. The plug body includes an outer housing. The interior of the outer housing defines a pressure vessel. The pipeline plug includes a pressure head coupled to the plug body, a seal assembly, a gripper assembly, a movable head, and an actuation mechanism. The actuation mechanism includes a leadscrew, the leadscrew coupled to the movable head. The actuation mechanism includes a captive nut, the captive nut positioned within the pressure vessel. The actuation mechanism includes a motor, the motor operatively coupled to the captive nut and adapted to rotate the captive nut.
CONNECTOR FOR SETTING LAYOUT OF BRAKE HOSE
In embodiments, a connector for setting a layout of a brake hose includes a first coupling member coupled to one end of the brake hose; a second coupling member disposed to be spaced apart from the first coupling member, and coupled to the caliper housing or the frame of the master cylinder; and an adjusting unit connected at one end thereof to the first coupling member, connected at other end thereof to the second coupling member, and configured to adjust a shortest length between a bottom surface of the first coupling member and an outer circumferential surface of the second coupling member and to adjust a line passing through a center of the first coupling member with respect to the second coupling member to be positioned in one of up/down/left/right directions, in a test for setting the layout of the brake hose.
CONNECTOR FOR SETTING LAYOUT OF BRAKE HOSE
In embodiments, a connector for setting a layout of a brake hose includes a first coupling member coupled to one end of the brake hose; a second coupling member disposed to be spaced apart from the first coupling member, and coupled to the caliper housing or the frame of the master cylinder; and an adjusting unit connected at one end thereof to the first coupling member, connected at other end thereof to the second coupling member, and configured to adjust a shortest length between a bottom surface of the first coupling member and an outer circumferential surface of the second coupling member and to adjust a bend angle between the first coupling member and the second coupling member, in a test for setting the layout of the brake hose.
Hydraulic component mounting assembly with anti-rotation poka-yoke banjo connection
