The linkage portion is disposed between the cover and the fixing portion. The linkage portion is located below an upper surface of the upper bracket in an axial direction of the steering shaft. The bolt vertically passes through the fixing portion. The brake hose extends from the brake, through behind the cover, and through above the linkage portion.

The brake fluid pressure generation device includes a reservoir tank in which hydraulic fluid is accumulated and is arranged at a position facing the opening.
