A wiring member includes wires, a resin molded portion that covers the wires, and a bracket attachment that is attached to the resin molded portion. The resin molded portion includes a bracket attachment portion that is formed with at least one flat surface portion. The bracket includes a first attachment portion that is configured to be attached to an attachment location, and a second attachment portion that is connected to the first attachment portion and is crimped to the bracket attachment portion while being in surface contact with at least one of the at least one flat surface portion.

Brake booster with a modular-system-optimized housing shell

A pneumatic brake booster including a booster housing having at least one housing shell. The housing shell is designed to be substantially pot-shaped with a center axis, a base portion and a lateral portion, and the base portion has a curved or conical wall region. In order to offer a brake booster by which it is possible to cost-effectively realize improved adaptability to customer- and application-specific requirements with respect to the spatial connection arrangement, at least one flattened surface area is formed in a radial outer region of the base portion, is designed to be elongate in the circumferential direction and has, at its radial outer edge, at least two notches which are arranged with respect to one another in a defined grid pattern with a circle angle.

Distributor block for air distribution in pneumatic systems of commercial vehicles
20200003235 · 2020-01-02 ·

An air distributor block in pneumatic systems of utility vehicles has at least two modules with a body joined together, at least one mounting hole, at least one through-hole, at least one fastening element and seals placed between the modules is characterized by the fact that it comprises two outer modules: the upper module and the lower module equipped with a central coaxial blind hole with the identical hole in the other modules, and each outer module has at least two mounting through-holes parallel to the central axis of the module, in which bolts are mounted, which protrude above the outer modules, terminated on each side with a threaded tip for connecting to the vehicle frame, where in two opposite side walls of each outer module sockets are made with embedded connector elements or sockets equipped with blinding plugs.

ELECTRIC COMPONENT ASSEMBLY, AND BRAKE FLUID PRESSURE CONTROL DEVICE FOR VEHICLE
20190381984 · 2019-12-19 ·

An electric component assembly includes a housing with which an electric component is fitted together, and the electric component and the housing are fixed to one side of a base body. The electric component includes a connecting terminal configured to be press-fitted in a through-hole of the control board of the housing, and a direction in which the connecting terminal is inserted into the through-hole is same as a fitting direction relative to the housing. There are provided a rib protruding from one of the electric component and the housing, and a groove portion recessed from another one of the electric component and the housing and into which the rib is press-fitted. Movement of the electric component in a direction intersecting the fitting direction and rotation of the electric component around an axis parallel to the fitting direction are restrained by the rib press-fitted into the groove portion.

CABLE ROUTING SYSTEM OF BICYCLE

A cable routing system of a bicycle, including a frame, a stem, and a fork. The frame includes a head tube and a down tube. The head tube has a top portion having an upper mounting hole and a bottom portion having a lower mounting hole. The down tube is connected to a lower section of the head tube and communicates with the head tube. The fork includes a steering tube sequentially passing through the lower mounting hole and the upper mounting hole to be disposed in the stem, so that the stem is engaged with the steering tube and is located on the top portion. At least one guiding tube is disposed on an inner wall of the head tube. An end of the at least one guiding tube extends toward the upper mounting hole, and another end of the at least one guiding tube extends toward the down tube.

Saddle-riding-type vehicle cable support structure

A saddle-riding-type vehicle cable support structure is a cable support structure configured to support a first cable and a second cable that are joined to a side part of a wheel, the cable support structure including: a joint section provided on a middle of the first cable and which is fixed to a vehicle body; and a second cable support member attached to the joint section and which supports the second cable.

MEMBRANE VALVE ARRANGEMENT

A membrane valve arrangement (1) includes a disc-shaped valve membrane (10) made from an elastic material and a disc (14) having a central opening (15). The valve membrane (10) is arranged with one side on the disc (14) and has a circumferential sealing bead (11) radially outside on the side opposite from the disc. The disc (14) is arranged, along with the valve membrane (10), between a housing upper part (2) and a housing lower part (6) of the membrane valve arrangement (1). The sealing bead (11) is clamped between the housing upper part (2) and the housing lower part (6). The sealing action in the region of the sealing bead is largely independent of tolerances because, on at least one of the housing parts in the region of the sealing bead (11) and/or in the radially outer peripheral region of the disc (14), additional sealing arrangements are present.
