Golf ball stamp
The present invention relates to a golf ball stamp, and more particularly to, a stamp, which can reduce manufacturing costs due to its simple structure and store ink inside, is easy and convenient to replace the rubber plate that prints a mark on a golf ball, and can print a mark clearly on the rough golf ball surface.
Golf ball with RFID inlay between a split core
A golf ball having a compressible core with an RFID tag embedded therein is described. The compressible core comprises an outer core that surrounds an inner core and the RFID tag. The outer core has a hardness that is greater than the inner core. The RFID tag is composed of a planar carrier, a planar RFID integrated circuit, and an RFID antenna. The RFID integrated circuit includes a memory that stores at least one unique identifier. The RFID antenna is electrically coupled to the planar RFID integrated circuit. The planar carrier includes a first carrier surface that is parallel to a second carrier surface, and the planar carrier receives the RFID antenna and the RFID integrated circuit on the first carrier surface to form the RFID tag. Additionally, the molded shell encapsulates the compressible core.
Modified resin for molded article and golf ball
The present invention is a modified resin for a molded article obtained by modifying an ionomer of an ethylene/unsaturated carboxylic acid copolymer with at least one guanidine compound selected from guanidine derivatives and salts thereof.
Golf ball with softer feel and higher iron spin
A golf ball comprising: (a) a core; (b) at least one mantle layer adjacent to the core; (c) an inner cover layer adjacent to the mantle layer; and (d) an outer cover layer adjacent to the inner cover layer, wherein the inner cover layer has a material Shore D hardness that is at least 3 less than the material Shore D hardness of the outer cover layer, and the inner cover layer has a thickness of less than 0.050 in.
NON-CONFORMING GOLF BALLS MADE FROM PLASTICIZED THERMOPLASTIC MATERIALS
Golf balls having a single or dual-layered solid core are provided. In one embodiment, the golf ball has dimensions and properties that do not conform to the rules of the United States Golf Association (USGA). For example, the ball weight; ball size; ball spherical symmetry; ball initial velocity; and/or ball overall distance may fall outside of the USGA standards. The dual-layered core can have an inner core comprising a thermoplastic composition and surrounding outer core comprising a thermoset composition. In another embodiment, the dual-layered core has an inner core comprising a thermoplastic composition and outer core comprising a thermoset composition. The thermoplastic composition preferably comprises an ethylene acid copolymer ionomer and plasticizer. The thermoset composition preferably comprises polybutadiene rubber. The ball further includes a cover of at least one layer.
RUBBER COMPOSITION AND CROSSLINKED RUBBER MOLDED PRODUCT
An object of the present disclosure is to provide a rubber composition containing an organic sulfur compound from which a molded product having a high hardness can be obtained. The present disclosure provides a rubber composition containing (a) a base rubber, (b) a co-crosslinking agent, (c) a crosslinking initiator, (d) a benzothiazole derivative, and (e) an organic sulfur compound, wherein (d) the benzothiazole derivative is a compound represented by the formula (1) and/or a compound represented by the formula (2).
##STR00001## [R.sup.1 represents a hydrogen atom, an alkyl group having 1 to 8 carbon atoms, an aryl group having 4 to 14 carbon atoms, or a metal atom, R.sup.2 to R.sup.5 are identical to or different from each other, and represent an electron-withdrawing group or a hydrogen atom, and at least one of R.sup.3 to R.sup.5 is an electron-withdrawing group.]
COMMUNICATION SYSTEM
To communicate with a magnetometer (82) within a golf ball (20) used in a golf facility, an electromagnetic coil (30) is configured to supply pulsed signals to the magnetometer. A plurality of coils (30) are provided at different locations around the golf facility, and the pulsed signals are preferably coded so that the location of the golf ball is known.
BALL GAME APPARATUS
A ball game apparatus in which movements of a coded ball are detected by detector units and an automatic indication of a player’s score is given, where data relating to the ball are stored in a database connected to the detector units, the data including the code of a ball and a code relating to a player to whom the ball has been allocated, the ball being configured to temporarily store, and to intermittently transfer to the detector units and thence to the database, data relating to the ball’s movements. A rechargeable battery is contained within the ball, and is arranged to be charged by a battery charging system. Features of the game may be controlled by means of a player’s mobile telephone.
GOLF BALL
An object of the present disclosure is to provide a golf ball having good shot feeling and excellent durability while having non-lowered resilience. The present disclosure provides a golf ball comprising a spherical core and one or more cover layers disposed outside the spherical core, wherein at least one layer of the cover layers contains (A) a base resin and (B) a polyethylene oxide.
