The wheel assembly can comprise a standard wheel and a modular wheel, where the standard wheel has a first diameter that is greater than the diameter of the modular wheel. The modular wheel can be fixedly or removably attached to the standard wheel. The stroller can comprise at least one rear wheel assembly located proximate to a rear of the base. The stroller can also comprise at last one front wheel assembly located proximate to a front of the base. The stroller can also comprise a pulling and/or steering mechanism.

The present application includes a system and method for transporting a car seat outside of a vehicle. The system includes a wheel assembly configured to couple to a portion of the car seat. The wheel assembly attaches to existing base attachment portions on the car seat to minimize any need for retrofit operations. The system further includes a mobility handle configured to adjust in length and couple to a portion of the car seat. The mobility handle is designed to allow an individual to guide and control the movement of the car seat on the wheel assembly.

A distance from a front of the body to a rear of the operator area is less than a depth of an airport elevator, and a width of the body is less than a width of an airport elevator door.

The rotatable base is rotatably connected to the fixed base by the rotating shaft. The anti-swing member has an abutting portion. The anti-swing member is arranged on one of the fixed base and the rotatable base, and the abutting portion abuts against the other of the fixed base and the rotatable base. The abutting portion is provided with a lubricating structure.
